Best workout and studio in New Jersey! I never keep my gym memberships for long due to boredom and I have been here almost 9 years now. The owner and instructors are all amazing. So sign up and give this workout a shot. Coastal Core never disappoints.

Wish I could take Coastal Core back to Florida! Whenever I visit the area, I look forward to their classes. The Lagree method is the most effective excercise I have ever done. The trainers are always so welcoming and never fail to give a challenging class! Well worth the $

If you are considering trying this but are maybe nervous to try something new, this review is for you. I have lifted for years and realized that I wasn’t toning up anymore - no matter how many different routines I tried at the gym as my old ones were not working. I was scared as regular pilates wasn’t exciting to me, but I stumbled upon this place on Instagram. I see why it has a cult following. I am not very flexible and not particularly graceful at 29 with scoliosis and I took a class with Tori (super kind, knowledgeable and helpful beyond measure) and loved it!!! Just do it! I immediately signed up for four more and after those 4 I bought a package. I am slimming down before my eyes and the studio is clean, welcome and provides a fun and efficient work out. Try here!!!!

Love it. Totally addicted. Excellent mode of exercise to get fit and toned, improving strength and balance while not abusing your joints. It really works like magic…in 45 min 2-3 times a week. ♥️

I am so grateful to have found Coastal Core! I’ve been taking privates for the past 3 weeks after recovering from spine surgery and I am feeling strong. I have never tried anything like this before. Liz really takes the time to get to know you and your goals, she is wonderful! The instructors who I have been with so far are great and I left feeling sore in the best way. I am already seeing my strength and stability improve just after a few sessions. Highly recommend trying a class!

This is by far one of the best workouts I have every experienced! For people who don’t like going to the gym but are looking to exercise, the Lagree method is amazing and unlike any fitness class out there. Plus, the Coastal staff is extremely helpful, encouraging and energetic. Highly recommend!

I was referred by a friend to Coastal Core Fitness in Asbury Park and I am so happy I jumped right in and added this experience for my fitness needs! Every instructor I have had has taken time to help learn and understand how to make my movements more efficient. The equipment and space are well maintained. This gym is seriously amazing! As a former d1 athlete, I have worked out my entire life and have tried nearly every fitness class available. Once I stopped playing sports I struggled to find a workout that kept me motivated, met my fitness goals, and balanced with my chaotic work schedule. I thought I would give this class a try to prep a year in advance for my wedding. It surpassed all my expectations and met every goal I had. I have never seen results from a workout faster than these classes. It is the only workout I need, 2-3 times a week. All of the instructors are phenomenal and very informative. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the gym is very clean. I can’t recommend this gym enough!

An amazing workout! If you have ever taken Pilates on a megaformer, you know how good of a workout is. I had the pleasure of taking both Liz and Michelle’s class and both are excellent instructors. The way the conduct their classes is down to a science. They both are articulate, reposition you when necessary and make the time fly by! I have been coming to Coastal Core for 2 years now and it is still my favorite workout (I mostly do HIIT and other types of workouts). You won’t be disappointed when you come!

I’m a big person on the mind body connection for working out. Coastal Core may seem intimidating at first but I have never been in such an environment that welcomes you, and helps you each class you are at. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and so motivating. Even the other people that you get to work out with, you feel like you are on a team, everyone is doing their best - and nobody is judging you. In 45 mins you get a full body workout, you are mindful about each and every muscle you are working - and when you walk out of there you are amazed at what your body can do. Honestly you are amazed because in 45 mins you did more than you probably would of just going to a regular gym. I also struggle with a thyroid condition that makes it harder for me to tone up and lose weight, and finding Coastal Core helped get my confidence back, it helped me get stronger in more than just a physical sense. It allowed me to appreciate what my body can do. One class, and you’ll be hooked. It’s a great studio, filled with good vibes, and kind people. If you are worried about the insecurities we all feel before beginning something new just bring them with you and I promise you’ll shake them right off :)

Highly recommend Coastal Core. Love that this class works all different areas of your body at the same time but each class is diferent. Fun music makes the time fly, and awesome insturctors give you tips as well as motivate you to keep going. I always leave with with my muscles shaking 👍.

Coastal Core Fitness is an incredible workout! After years of intense training, it's great to find a workout that is low impact on the joints but also one of the most challenging workouts I've had. Liz, Michelle, Ashley, and Lawrence are the best instructors who have made me very comfortable with the megaformer. I highly recommend giving the megaformer a try, you will be hooked. 3 times a week and you'll get the results you want!

I consider myself an active healthy person but was a little intimidated to try my first megaformer class. Coastal Core put my nerves at ease from booking a package through the mind body app and learning the machine, everything was handled with care and attention. All the instructors are knowledgeable and help to push each client toward their own goals through varying resistance and providing modifications, truly individualized workout. Totally recommend!

I’m so in love with this studio, workouts and instructors! I am a Middle aged woman that likes to stay active by changing up my routine. I think this is the hardest but most effective workout I’ve ever tried, beating out TRX (in my opinion). You have to try it. Tell them you are new and they will help you get started and continue to help you maximize the movements as long as you need them to! #iwouldrateittenstars
