Excellent place! I play pickleball here. Good lighting (not too harsh!), AC, high curtains to soften the noise so you can actually hear each other, and balls do not fly to the adjacent courts too often, perfect organization (a beep machine to signal start and end of each game), and random scheduling of all games between players and byes, printouts of schedules on each court, helpful no-nonsense desk staff, great inclusive group of players!

Club is old but decently clean. Front desk is helpful, courts are nicely maintained. But the manager’s horrible attitude reduced the otherwise 4 stars to 1. She’s grumpy and rude. Quite a few other people there felt the same. She should retire before she turns away more customers.

LT the manager is the most rude , unprofessional person I have ever delt with. She refused to issue me a club credit for pickleball after I tried called before the 24 hr period for cancellation. Nobody answered phone and when I finally got in touch they told me I was too late and would be charged anyway and hung up on me. Stay away from this facility it’s old and unprofessional.

Love this place! However… be WARNED about L.T, a manager who is extremely unprofessional. Almost all of my girlfriends who play tennis here, have all experienced some sort of negative encounter with L.T. Even the children know to avoid her at all costs! Speaking from personal experience, this woman has hit her limit. She should not be working here anymore. She lost me as a customer due to her attacking and agressive manersims.

Pickleball courts are tennis courts with temporary nets. Lighting could be better. Generally a nice facility. Staff was pleasant. Nice area upstairs where we had a birthday party. Brought food in from elsewhere.

Very unprofessional management & front desk staff.
They do not have a system to book the play or organize anything, no technology, everything is manual. So they always lose track of reservations and this makes it a hassle to play and enjoy. After playing here for over a year needed to switch the club due to rude customer service. Not worth your time and money, go somewhere else for pickleball and tennis!

It seems this place does not believe in any communication. My child was moved to a higher age group; without taking my consent or informing me about the fee, my CC was charged. They did not find any need to communicate about the timeslot and coach. Did not provide me any receipt Yet.Highly disappointed.

After paying for a court, I tried to bring in my hopper, they told me hoppers are prohibited. So I had to pick up all the balls by hand, wasting valuable time. They mentioned I couldn't "set up like a pro". I will never go back.

Apparently this place didn't get the memo that masks ended in May 2021. They love masks. Also, they want to charge $60 an hour for a pickleball court when the going rate is $24 an hour. In addition, they do not even properly tape the lines on the court. I'd go elsewhere...

My daughter had been taking tennis lessons here for a couple of months and really loves it. The club itself has 6 courts a womens and mens locker room and an upstairs lounge/viewing area. It needs an update but its full of extremely helpful and friendly staff.
