I’ve been going to Corefire for years and they have been amazing from the beginning. All coach’s bring the heat and properly guide you through the movements to feel an intense burn. They answer any and all questions you have and are super friendly. It’s a great community to be a part of.

Love this place! Started coming here in January 2025. As someone who only used to do cycling I’m so happy I now have incorporated LAGREE in to my workout routine 3-4 days a week. All of the instructors are amazing and the workout is great. The people are awesome too! A MUST TRY workout in Montclair 🔥❤️

Had a great experience at CoreFire. I’m a true Pilates beginner and the instructors take time for form corrections, which I really appreciate. The class is challenging and I’m always sore in all the right places. If you’re into a good playlist, book Amber!

Joe was incredibly helpful throughout the whole class. With this being my first corefire experience and first lagree class ever it was a challenge but in the best way. Joined Corefire over a year ago and can say it's been the best experience I have ever had with group fitness classes. An amazing workout with a prime location, beautiful studio and excellent instructors that go above and beyond to give you exactly what your body needs. I’ve taken over 50 classes since November and it’s transformed my body, my obliques are my new favorite body part and it’s thanks to Corefire and their great training. The classes can be tough but they always work with all levels even beginners! Just keep in mind, there’s a reason it’s called Corefire; because your core will most definitely be on fire most of the class 😆.

I began training at Corefire a few months ago after never trying a Pilates class. I can tell you that they have me hooked! They have created a community that is supportive but will push your fitness goals. I felt welcomed since joining and these classes are not just for women. As a Physical Therapist I would feel confident in referring my clients to Corefire!!

Slay that carriage at Corefire!
There’s no getting around it: The megaformer looks like a medieval torture device.
With a combo of muscle-quivering springs, pulleys and hang straps the machine is the key component in the most demanding workout I have ever experienced!
It’s tough, but that’s a good thing!
The instructors are all amazing! Can not say enough good things about them. Professional, enthusiastic and friendly. They are all trained to talk through each exercise in such detail so you don’t have to look up, allowing for quick transitions to keep your heart rate up for the entire class.
Corefire caters to all ages and levels, so don’t be intimidated to try!

COREFIRE is a unique workout that gets you out of your comfort zone. Slow movements really trigger all the muscles you did not know existed. I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes from Joe, Casey and Farshad. Farshad brings the energy for the late classes when yo u do not feel like moving.
The instructors are all very knowledgeable in their craft and make sure you’re in the correct positions / movements.

Awesome spot. It’s a perfect alternative to aimlessly working out on your own at the gym. The instructors make you workout muscles you didn’t even know existed. I felt like mixing in a lift and cardio all in a 45 min session. Friendly staff, great music to compliment your workouts, and a very clean facility. The website is very easy to navigate to book classes as well. 10/10 would recommend.

An amazing, extremely challenging class with Kelly that had the option of weights to exercises that already were incredibly fatiguing. Kelly clearly explained and/or demonstrated each transition, encouraged, motivated and kept an eye on our form. Will need to work towards being able to keep up with the exercises.
Another challenging class with encouraging, supportive coaching and instruction from Cait. It was not as daunting as I had thought. Looking forward to taking more classes in order to continue to improve and strengthen while going at my own pace.
Another killer class with Casey who provided clear explanations and demos of the exercises and kept an eye on our form and kept us motivated. Intense focus on the core, and with the Megaformer, so many possibilities for a full body workout that fatigues the muscles especially with the technique of full range of motion to pulsing and then returning to full range of motion. Will continue attending classes and trying to get stronger.
Another great butt-kicking class focused on using the back of the megaformer. There are so many different exercise options on this machine with creative instruction from Joe. Challenges me to work harder to be able to successfully execute the series of exercises in this 45 min intense workout.
Joe's fast paced, no nonsense class kicked my butt. It was a great intimate class of 3 where all levels were welcome and supported. Joe ensured proper form, provided detailed explanations of the movement and assisted with equipment as needed. I learned several more exercises possible with the megaformer. Though it seemed even more intense than my first extremely challenging experience, I worked out at my own level and followed/watched the other students when I was lost. Looking forward to my next challenging class. Cannot wait to see improvement when trying to keep up with this 45 minute intense comprehensive full body workout.
Amazing first experience at Corefire with Caitlin as the instructor. The class was extremely challenging, but only at your own level of comfort since there were modifications available and assistance and other students to watch for the movement. She kept an eye on our form, motivated and kept things interesting throughout the entire class. Great varying exercises that push beyond a typical reformer’s limits in the megaformer. Looking forward to my next class.

Simply the best fitness class I've ever taken. It's the best combination of intensity, and true one-on-one attention to form that I've ever experienced. The facility is beautiful and relaxing, and the instructors will guide you through every moment of the class with care. You will be sore in ways you've never been before, but not in the way you feel when you might've exerted yourself too much/done complicated movements you weren't ready for.

Corefire is everything a fitness studio should be.
The instructors really know what they are doing. They know how to push you and also stay lighthearted during this INTENSE workout. The music is great, really pumps me up and the facility is welcoming and clean.
The first time I went to a class I was shocked at how hard it was, how drenched in sweat I was by the end, and how much fun I had.
It's truly a full body work out and it flies by!

My boyfriend and I took two megaformer classes, in two days, while visiting family in Montclair. The studio was super cute and clean. The staff was friendly. The scheduling process was easy and they had water there to purchase - which was great! Can't wait to visit again soon.
