CoreReform Studio is absolutely amazing! The workouts are challenging in the best way — every class leaves me feeling stronger, more energized, and completely reset. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, offering modifications and motivation for all levels. The studio is clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can tell they truly care about your progress and well-being. I’ve seen real results both physically and mentally since joining.

I love this studio! It’s beautiful, clean and everyone is so nice, if you are looking for a challenging workout routine and a nice community this is the place for you! Amie and Susan are two of the nicest people, so that’s a bonus!

I’ve been a member of the sister studio, Dhyana Health and Wellness, for over a year now, and Core Reform Pilates has added such a fun and energizing boost to my evenings! The owners, Susan and Amie, are incredible—they’ve created a studio that feels warm and welcoming, while still motivating you to work up a sweat. I always look forward to signing up for classes and being challenged by the amazing instructors, each with their own unique style and deep knowledge of the X-Former. I also love the variety of classes offered, so no matter your experience level, you’ll always find the perfect fit. If you’re looking for a Pilates studio to call home, this is it!

Susan and Amie have poured their hearts and souls into making CoreReform a welcoming space for all.
The environment is beautiful and so warm and inviting, the new equipment is state of the art, and the teachers are trained and love what they do!
Highland Park is lucky to have CoreReform as a new addition to their town for people who want a full body workout within a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

Took my first Pilates reformer class with Amie and I have to say, I felt really comfortable and safe the whole time. The studio itself is super calming and tranquil, which made the experience even better. The workout definitely hit muscles I don’t usually work, and I could really feel it in my core (which is definitely my weakest spot after having 3 kids). The class left me feeling motivated to keep going back. Highly recommend.

Obsessed with this new studio - it is truly one of a kind! Prior to coming to this studio I had never used the X-Former, and I can honestly say I can’t wait to take another class. The workout was challenging, targeting muscles that I don’t normally work, however, I left feeling strong. My instructor was extremely knowledgeable - ensuring that everyone was in proper form to safely maximize their workout, as well motivating. It was clean and welcoming, and had a great overall vibe with fun music and friendly staff. I highly recommend trying a class at CoreReform!
