I have been working with Charlie for a year and I can’t say enough great things about him as a trainer. As a guy over 40 I wanted a knowledgeable and thoughtful trainer who took into account not only my goals but my injuries (I have a bad back). Charlie constantly is creating new routines for me which are challenging but also ensures I’m not doing anything that can re-injure my back (and working my core which has helped my back pain). There are plenty of trainers out there that use the same cookie cutter programs and aren’t thinking about individual clients - fortunately, that’s not Charlie.

Charles is great guy very friendly and very knowledgeable. One on one training no crowds
I can do a circuit routine with no waiting between sets and I can bang out a one hr work out at my pace what ever that may be. I can’t do that in a traditional gym. I’m not there to socialize when I want to work out I want to work out

I have been using this gym for over 4 years. I normally train with Peter but occasionally Charlie (the owner) also. Both are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful with my recovery from spine surgery. They are much more than your average "personal trainers" who yell and scream in order to motivate you. They have deep knowledge of the body and how certain muscles fire and act under load. We set clear goals and they set a plan in place with realistic timelines so you know what to expect. If you are coming off any type of injury and need to get your body moving again after PT or anything like that I would highly recommend giving them a call. They are also very accommodating to schedule changes and both basically live there. You will most likely be the only person there while training which is a bonus for me as I like to get in and get out and stay focused.
