Bouncing between several boxes in the Union, Middlesex and Essex counties, this is THEE box you want to be at. Justin has a keen eye for detail meanwhile there are 10+ people in the class. It is refreshing to feel a sense of compassion for as a student, but moreso he has a hunger to ensure the movements are done correctly preventing injury. I truly appreciate this box. Big gym, good equipment. Too much nonsense for a crossfit box - not open to suggestions, received emails from head trainer far too often about a "rule" that was broken, walk ins not welcomed....more angst than it's worth for me.

The people and coaches are great. They have plenty of classes. They cap the classes at the perfect amount so you get the attention you need. Make friends while you sweat.

I'm new to crossfit and this box is awesome. Coaches' and members' great energy keeps me motivated during my WOD's. Having access to showers is essential for my success... I can go to work after my workout!
