Such an unprofessional place, the instructor stretched me in a bad way. I had frozen shoulder. Again in another my shoulder rotator inflammation. And still having pain itβs been 6 months. Then another time last year I dislocated my spin. Still no treatment for it. And when I asked them for cancellation and asked them to wave my annual fee which was renewed only few days ago, they refused. And They charge me with one more year which I am not going and I have canceled it. They even didnβt apologize or ask which instructor pulled your hand!
Never recommend this place
Also watch ur cars, a car hit me in the parking lot when my car was parked there.
Make sure you are going to classes with experienced instructors.

Very bad and dishonest customer service. Really disappointed due to that wouldnβt recommend this place to anyone. Said I will be charged annual fees 6 months after joining which is totally fine but they ended up charging fees one month after joining. When I called to ask what is all this about, the girl just said that she is sorry and itβs a new policy and hang up the phone.

I went last week to get more information about this gym. The girl that was trying to help me wasn't sure what she was talking about. Very rude, kept getting messages on her phone and interrupted me so many ttimes. Actually i have few of my family members that are in this gym. I also told her how rude she was and very unprofessional and she laughed at me. I asked for her name she didn't want to give it to me, but somone else that works there was very politely by giving me her name. Her name is Brittany Katlas.
Thank you for your time

Small and cramped weights sections with less than satisfactory amount of equipment. There are some decent pull machines and cardio equipment. 75% of the gym is restricted to access with personal trainer only.

Ok place to workout for the price. Only drawback is they need to add some equipment like another bench, squat rack, and some different cardio machines

How do I get in touch with the manager?
I've called numerous times and left messages. I was in on Saturday (8-11-2018) and spoke to Steven at the counter. He wrote Brian (?) the manager, regional manager, and someone in your accounting department an email about you taking money out of my account for months even though I canceled my membership. SOME PLEASE HELP.
Sorry Mark, Busy time???? I was calling since June 11th. Only received a return phone call after I posted this review. I'm in sales, no excuse for not returning a customers call. And BTW the issue still isn't resolved.

People here are very nice!
I used to have a membership here, then I changed to other gym because I moved. However, I have to come back here. The price is affordable for me as a student. Moreover, it is a nice location.
I love their classes. They are diverse and enjoyable. The only thing is they close soon on Saturday and Sunday. I understand.

Very small and they donβt have daycare. Went there with friends n itβs so small that while on treadmill some lady was running n dripping sweat n it was hitting my friend lol I laugh because it wasnβt me but my friend was furious. Needless to say I joined a much better gym with daycare, sauna, tanning n itβs so much slacker. No one has dropped sweat on me because weβre not on top of each other lol π

I would like to send kudos out to front desk receptionist Danyel! First for being so pleasant early in the morning and always ensuring that the paper tower dispensers are full as well as the disinfectant spray bottles for the Cardio equipment. I never see her just standing around like the other person who opens in the morning. When he is there almost always the paper towel dispenser are empty as well as the spray bottles. Unfortunately he is too busy on his phone to check on these things. I have complemented Danyel on this but wanted to make sure management knew as well. Keep us the great job Danyel!!!

UPDATED: *Terrible* cell phone problem. They have signs saying to speak on your phone only in the lobby, but they are posted in random places. Ppl speak on them like they are in their living rooms. They even FaceTime! If you can't survive without your phone for 1 hour, maybe you shouldn't be at the gym. I went to the front desk & complained a while back, but the girl said she couldn't do anything about it. Seriously? It's perfectly legal to post a no cell phones sign. The then-manager (?), who's now long gone, said he'd address the issue. He did not. Would it be so hard to put up signs at the top of the staircases asking you to speak on your phone in the lobby? No, no it's not.
No one cleans their machine. I am there for 1 hour or so every day & it is impressive if I see 1 person clean. Instead of posting signs about classes 1% of the members care about, how about signs asking people to clean up or stay off their phone?
Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. When I first joined, I reported a broken machine. But nothing happened. So I told another person and more. 4 ppl in the span of 6 weeks were told. Each said they would take care of it. Ha. I ran into the maintenance person, & he said no one ever told him it needed fixing. He fixed it. The machines are not new, & the pictures you see on the postcard flyers are NOT this gym. I use the same machines often, & I can tell you what is wrong with each of them. The TVs have fuzzy channels, & once in a while you will see the channel you were watching yesterday has disappeared, & the line-up is totally different.
The trainers are ok. Many of them, mostly the guys, are on their phones when with clients. Go with the women. (Just know that even the trainers do not encourage their clients to clean the equipment they just used. You may want to sterilize whatever mat you are using!) Overall, the training services cost too much. Wait for a sale.
I have yet to take a class, but I feel like I have since I can always hear teachers. Some have the nerve to keep the classroom door open when teaching. Do they not realize how loud the music is? Those in the cardio area did not sign up for the class, & we don't want to hear it. We can barely hear our own music/tv. If there is a ventilation problem, FIX IT! Crunch raised the fees 2+ years ago, so use that $. You can hear the music from the classroom word for word in the women's locker room. Is that really necessary?
The women's room can be a hairy mess. Have not seen the cleaning lady in months. All the paper towel dispensers throughout the gym malfunction constantly, so good luck to you.
In relation to a review I saw in the past on another site, I used to go there later in the day on the weekend and I experienced them flashing the lights when it was almost closing time. Once, I was going down the stairs and came close to tripping. You can bet that if I had injured myself Crunch would have been subjected to a lawsuit.
Also, if you have a program through your insurance where they pay for a portion of your dues if you go a certain amount of days, beware that your scan-in may not always count. The people at the FD have to be in a certain computer screen when you scan your card, or it's like you were never there. I found this out the hard way.
The parking lot is not well-kept. There are always potholes, esp. when making your way from the back to the front. Some are filled, some are not. My satellite radio goes out for a couple of seconds when I drive from that direction because you can't avoid the potholes. Beware in the winter when the sidewalk from the back to the front is not shoveled well. Parking in the back is creepy. I was told within the last year there are no cameras.
You are prob wondering why am I still a member after over 3 1/2 years? I wonder too. You get what you pay for. But once in a while when you are on a piece of equipment that isn't broken, when there is no class being taught, and no one is on their cell phone near you, it is not terrible. Here's to more of those days before I quit. 1.5 stars rounded up.

Be careful - Be careful!! I signed up here in Jan 2014. The total cost was $108 for the whole year. Great deal. All good. Then in January 2015, i signed up for their 9.95/month deal as that was what the current deal was. Still a good deal. I gave my Credit card to bill. BIG MISTAKE> they billed me as a family plan..and I just noticed it,. They have already billed me $258 since February. The kicker is, when I call to correct this, they say they have no proof that I intended NOT to sign up for a family plan and will NOT return my $$. Needless to say, I cancelled today. And now have to deal with their corporate offices to get the rest of my $ back. All young inexperienced kids running the place. A mess!
