I’ve been a member for 2 1/2 years. I’ve watched the studio grow from Cara alone in just one studio, to two amazing locations with the addition of multiple new instructors, all that I can comfortably go to and leave loving my class.
It’s not just a place to go for class but a wonderful feeling of friendship and caring.
During our snowstorm on Tuesday Cara closed the gym due to weather and gave a free Zoom Matt class for interested members

CS Fit is a wonderful studio! First, I have taken class in both Allendale and Wyckoff and the spaces are pristine. Cara and Nicole are attentive and knowledgeable instructors and if I ever need a modification, they know exactly what to do. I highly recommend CS Fit!

Best Pilates studio in Bergen County! Nicole is a fantastic instructor. She’s always switching things up and very attentive to her clients. Studio is clean and friendly. Highly recommend.

Cara is the absolute best! I have been taking Pilates with her for over 5 years. Her classes are fun, challenging and always different. She is an excellent instructor who tailors each class to the participants unique needs and emphasizes the mind body connection. So proud of her for the amazing business she has built!

I was nervous to try Pilates for the first time but it was great! Nicole explained everything and answered any questions I had along the way. The smaller group format really allows for a more personalized experience. Looking forward to continuing to visit the studio :)
