Do better, CS Gymnastics. Two months in a row, your payment processing has failed—not mine, yours—and even after I provided clear proof that the funds were available, you still charged late fees and refused to remove them.

I’m not sure what kind of logic that is, but penalizing families for your own system issues is not a good look. We’re showing up, paying on time, and yet somehow we’re the ones eating the consequences? Make it make sense.

I expected better. Still hoping you get it together, because this kind of thing really leaves a bad taste.

Appreciate the response, but this is exactly the issue. Rather than taking any responsibility or even acknowledging that something might have gone wrong in the process, the default reaction is to deflect and place the blame elsewhere.

The most frustrating part of this situation hasn’t been the payment issue itself—it’s been how it was handled. A little humility and customer care would have gone a long way. Dismissing concerns with a “not our problem” attitude isn’t the kind of service families should have to deal with.

My grandson is currently taking gymnastics classes here. I’ve taken him several times although I don’t live in the area. I’ve sat in on the classes several times. They are very professional. Very polite. Good with kids. They are disciplined. My husband and I went to a competition last month. They are encouraging to all of the kids and don’t seem to show favorites. It’s a good environment. My grandson seems to be very happy and enjoy gymnastics. Ample parking. I highly recommend them

I myself was on the CS gymnastics team years and years ago, enrolled my daughter in their gym n learn program for a few years, while she also took classes and was apart of their gap team for 2 seasons. Cs is a gym where any child can feel at home as they grow in strength mentally and physically. From the caring, knowledgable staff to the clean and inviting facility there is something for kids of all ages at Cs gymnastics!

While I’m sure many people love this place, if you are not a fan favorite you will be treated like dirt. Communication is terrible from the owner down to the instructors. Place has been poorly managed since at least 2017. I would find a better place.

Edit: I did not receive any communication from the front office or instructors. I was unsubscribed from emails but not by me. There were no Facebook post about spring registration or flyers posted at the gym. My children did not bring any flyers home. Other parents have confirmed they did not receive flyers either. For a business to be so concerned with safety and space they had no problem going over that tonight. I did not and do not expect special treatment as CS response implies, I just expect a business to actually communicate. I mean blocking the entrance when a new session begins should tell the business that they aren’t communicating as well as they may believe.

This is, by far, the most family friendly gym in our area. There are options for all types of kids. My 10 year old loves the gymnastics and my little one is obsessed with ninja. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean! Definitely sign your kids up.

The staff is very helpful nice and caring always willing to help if needed,the coaches are very dedicated and have lots of one on one with the students. Classes are big enough so everyone gets enough assistance to help flourish them into future athletes.

As a former team member of CS gymnastics I am most definitely proud to say that this was my second home growing up. I have been to almost every other gym in this area and CS just sticks out above the others.The coaches and staff are the best in the area, they are nurturing, enthusiastic, and encouraging. The coaching style here is above and beyond, they know exactly when to push and when to ease off. The facility is clean, well taken care of, and equipped perfectly. I cannot think of a single day when I walked into this gym without a smile on my face all 10 years I had been there. To this day I am still friends with my coaches and teammates and I am forever grateful for these relationships.

Mount Olive High School gymnasts thank you for hosting our practices and meets this season. The gym is spacious and the spectators area is perfect for hosting high school gymnastics. CS is a large gym that allows for plenty of social distancing.
CS has worked with our local high school to host gymnastics competitions that can have parents attend meets. This has been a huge blessing for athletes and parents alike.

It was the first time/day my boys ages 4, 7, 11 attended CS Gymnastics Ninja Zone class and they loved it. The 4yrs old was not ok staying but when I picked him up he said he wanted to do all the things he did again, that he wanted to come back again. Friendly staff.

Safe, fun, clean environment for kids! My daughter (like many other kids) has been home since March and needed socialization with her peers and exercise- she attended CS pre-covid and we loved them so I signed her back up. I feel very comfortable leaving her for class there. They have put new protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Great staff who cares about the kids.

I have been taking my toddler to CS Gymnastics for about a year after a friend invited us to a “bring a friend” free event. Though the gym wasn’t as new or big as another local studio, was the same distance, and a little more per session, I was drawn to it and signed up. The class time of 10 am was perfect for my then 3 year old who was soon to turn 4. Over the course of the last year, I have grown to love the studio for their fair easy monthly payments, fun and non-pressure environment for the kids, awesome and generous monthly parent’s night out on SATURDAY nights from 6-11 for $18 for members, the ease and flexibility with scheduling make-ups that work with our schedule, the friendly staff, and the diverse instructors. I have brought my own friends now and will continue to refer them. Also, I believe some updates to the facility are coming in the future that will make it even better in the years to come.

My daughter started Tumbling in September and she's loving it! I was concerned she would get bored since she was the oldest and tallest girl in her group but no ! The group is always managed by 3 coaches who dispatch girls according to their abilities, so no one is left behind. Classes have been amazingly dynamic since the very first day, positively challenging, and my daughter has already achieved incredible progress after just 1 month of practice. Rachel, at the desk, is very nice, patient and helpful.

I recently had my daughters 5th Birthday party here. It was better than I ever could have expected. The staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming to all the kids. The children were kept engaged with the many skills and stations set up for the party. The children were happy the whole time and left nice and tired. Great place to Develop: My daughter attended CS for almost 4 years and had great success there. The coaches are nurturing, thoughtful and caring for the young gymnast. Gymnastics is a touch and go thing when it comes to young girl gymnasts. CS has mastered the developmental approach better than any other I have seen. I highly recommend you take a look at it. My daughter has moved on to Northern Elite now because the timing was right but I owe any of her success as a gymnast to the developmental approach at CS.

My son has been involved in gymnastics for the past 7 years here. It started with a tumbling class to give him someplace to get out and move one winter. He has now completed his 4th year of competition. He finished 1st in the state for his division and age group! I recommend CS Gymnastics for their caring guidance that allowed him to achieve his goals. They are easy to work with and the caring environment is a place that I do not have to worry about my child. 5 Stars!

I have invested time and money through the years in CS Gymnastics. Cheryl started out being so appreciative and kind to my wife and kids, but recently has been rude and disrespectful. What a disappointment. She is losing customers, and doesn't respect that we are part of her "bread and butter" (keeping her in business). VERY disappointed in her attitude with my kids and my wife.
