I started training with Decker after shoulder surgery and it has been an incredible experience. I’ve been a member here for over a year, and it’s been a rewarding experience. I started with personal training sessions, which were incredibly valuable for learning proper form, building a foundation, and understanding different types of workouts. Now I attend the group classes, and I love them just as much — they still teach me new things, but they also bring a great social aspect.

The camaraderie here is also great. The other members are friendly and supportive, and the trainers — Mike, Decker, and Chris — are all extremely knowledgeable and motivating. They know how to challenge you while making sure you’re doing things safely and effectively.

Since joining, I’ve noticed real improvements in both my strength and stamina. I look forward to the classes, not just for the workout, but for the community that comes with it. If you’re new to the gym or looking to take your fitness further, I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’ve been to many gyms but never thought about going somewhere that offered personal coaching. Decker and his team made me feel comfortable from day one. This place is clean and has new equipments for all types of workout. Also, the shower rooms are a plus. There’s physical therapy within the gym which is convenient for those needing such services.
The coaches and staff are friendly, welcoming, motivational and supportive. Classes are small( max 8 people I’ve seen). So, everyone gets supervised by the coach. I like how they alternate resistance day with circuit. They customize your resistance workout according to your goals. I rejoined Decker’s workout/gym 2 months before a cycling tour. I was able to climb up 6-8 miles at 10% grade. Thanks to Coach Decker, Cris and Mike, you helped me prepare for the daily 30-50 mile rides.

I know Decker through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and so thought of his gym when I was looking for a place for my daughter to do some winter training between high school sports seasons. I signed her up for the group athlete classes. She is somewhat quiet and shy so I figured I would be dragging her kicking and screaming to these classes. However after her first introductory session with Chris, she has never complained about going. She has worked with both Decker and Chris, who both do a great job of making the kids comfortable. She is working very hard and loving the results she is seeing. She is now dead set on figuring out how she can keep attending her twice a week sessions while doing both track and club field hockey this spring!!
