Coach Dave is the best trainer around, hands down. He curates workouts that are challenging yet doable, fun, and also scalable. Coach’s expertise in demonstrating, checking, and correcting form during movements is excellent, which makes the program super-effective and safe. Develop Strength is a friendly, welcoming community! I have never stepped foot in a gym. It can be intimidating. I decided to go to Develop Strength because I needed to learn the correct form so I wouldn’t hurt myself doing something wrong. I have been working with Coach Dave since early spring and have learned a lot. Coach Dave is there every time you show up. He is an owner/operator and he will give you all of his attention when you there. You can workout 1on1 and work your way into small groups usually up to 5 people. The atmosphere has been great. People are nice and supportive. I would definitely recommend it. You’ll have fun and it’ll build your confidence up.

Had my 1st small group session and it was great! Coach Dave's attention to form and your limits & needs (physical & goal) are impressive. He's observant to when you're performing the exercise, when & how to modify the exercise. I particularly like & want this for the motivation so I can reach my goals appropriately & safely.

I'm looking forward to my next session(s).

After training for nearly 3 months now, working with Coach dave has been an incredible experience. He tailors a program to you based on your specific needs...you learn new techniques and exercises and makes sure you get the proper technique down on each and every exercise safe and securely. Your butt will be whooped multiple times, but you will feel incredible afterwards. Its a marathon, not a sprint...you will see results.

Dave is an amazing and well organized and cool trainer. Coach Dave has given me the motivation I needed to make necessary changes to my life. David is an exceptional trainer. I've tried in the past to stick with exercise programs and failed (miserably, mostly). David's steady determination in finding the best fit for me in a program has been 100% instrumental in my keeping up with it this time. He gives constructive feedback, is highly attentive, and has a great personality (which helps!). Whatever your fitness level, David has a program tailored to you and will encourage you to keep up with it. Where do I start to say What a difference it has made in my life to work out with Dave. Over 2 years ago I contracted covid and was very ill. I was in a coma for 3 and a 1/2 weeks. You can't imagine what that does to your body and mind.When I came out of the hospital there was nothing I could do to make me come back to who I was before. I was very weak no energy not to mention mentally I could not get myself back. Dave changed all that. He knew exactly how to push me both physically and mentally. He never gave up even when I thought I couldn't. There are no words that can say how thankful I am. Dave isn't just a trainer. He gets to know you as an individual. He knows everyone is different. 5 stars! David is an excellent personal trainer and for me it was a plus that he provided In-home with my hectic work schedule. I hired him at the tail end of the pandemic when I just couldn't get back into the groove of things fitness wise. He helped motivate me and keep me on track. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a lot of fun to train with. I wanted to get started again after a year of not working out and Dave made it easy. If your looking for more private 1:1 work outs, don’t hesitate to book a trial with him.

Coach Dave is GREAT! My husband and I have been doing small group personal training at Dave’s facility for a few months now and we LOVE it! Dave always provides a great work out while making sure we are being safe and using proper form. He is able to give us both advice and attention during the session. I have been working out with Dave for over a year now and I can’t say enough good things. Not only is he someone that knows what he’s doing but he really cares. If I’m pumped that I did good lift Dave is just as pumped. He’s a great motivator and with his program I have managed to lose a good amount of weight and get stronger in the process. My self esteem has gone up and I can’t thank him enough for that. These days I can say I enjoy working out and no longer look at it like a chore.

I have been going to Dave for over a year now, roughly 3 times a week. To simply put it… Dave is fantastic. He’s quick to modify when I have an injury to work around and believe me when I tell you, I have a lot of them! Lol he is very knowledgeable and always wants to see you do your best.
