One more bad review!
I fully back every bad experience written about this disgraceful “Academy”… ripoff’s is what they behave like at ENA… a few months ago I enrolled my daughter in one of their programs, couldn’t continue for reasonable causes, advised of these to management via voice messages, but never received a single response, so no refund… they ended up keeping the $$ never heard from them… easy math (=ripoffs)!!!
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine recreational activities for kids (no professional attention and lacking reasonable customer service)!!!
You can keep the rating for the bad experience as well!

Such a poorly managed place. As previous reviews said, they behave as though they're doing you a favor by allowing you to take classes here. No one answers the phone, multiple requests by text yield curt and insufficient answers. The teachers don't speak to parents about their kids'progress. So the idea is just keep paying them perpetually without any sense of progress or acknowledgement.
We will not be returning.

They always have Friday open gyms, and their website has not updated whatsoever and when you search them up they say open Friday until 9:30pm, I drive all the way here and they're closed. Bad at answering calls and emails as well. Ridiculous, is it that hard to update your website?

My daughter goes to a beginner class. 2 young ladies train her group. I would love to the coaches leave their phones in the lockers while working with kids. The kids at that age are full of energy, and the young coaches hardly move.

Best gymnastics school around! The staff and team are so kind, caring , and encouraging. If you want your kids to learn how to work as a team, encourage others, be kind to others, and discipline then send them to ENA.

Thank you ENA for pouring into my daughter. We love you guys!

If there was a way to rate 0 stars, I would. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude is a nice way to explain the manager. When I called to explain that my 4 year old daughter would not be in class anymore because she was feeling uncomfortable for reasons she cant completely explain( due to her age of 4), The manager told me that she is going to question my parenting skills. What kind of person says that to a costumer, let alone a manager. Before going to this facility I urge you to look at the other reviews and know that the service is below average.
They never pick up the phone, the front desk is always empty, the manager will not do her job, and they will continue to charge you even when you want to pull your kid out for good reason, saying that that is their policy when I have never actually signed a contract.

We tried to register our 12 year old daughter for the competitive team. After many many phone calls never returned, we went to ENA and booked an appointment for an evaluation.
She did the evaluation and she was waiting anxiously for an answer on where she would be placed since the coach didn’t have time to talk to us after the evaluation. She waited and waited and no email nor phone call for the placement. No need to say that we are done waiting and went to another gymnastic place!
Awful experience!!!! Never answer their phone or emails!!!!

My daughter has been going here for about a year now and both her and I love it. She's learned so much and the staff has been nothing short of perfect.

I found ENA to be incredibly unprofessional. They are rude beyond belief and treat you as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to attend their classes. They are not responsive. I've had multiple issues with personal items getting stolen, refunds owed never being put back on the card and my child being treated in the most degrading manner.

I have never dealt with an organization that treats people and children like trash the way they do. The heavy-set woman at the front desk is rude and obnoxious and has zero ability to communicate effectively. I have been taking my daughter there for over three years, and I have always made payment on the first day of the new session, but today, they refused to accept payment and told my daughter to call to get picked up because "Oh no, honey, you've already been replaced." How does anyone say that to a child!!! I've also had issues with getting calls and physical messages being returned, but today was the last straw. This would be zero stars if it could have been...We will never step foot in there again and I will tell anyone and everyone I know about this experience. Shame on you!!!

Wonderful facility, very sweet staff and great programs. They have teams for older children and train competitively so we enjoy having our toddler in that atmosphere. We wanted a place where she could have fun, but also experience seeing people who take the sport seriously and ENA is exactly what we were looking for!

No issues getting in touch with staff or signing up. My daughter is loving every class (she's 3 in the PreK class). Ms. Sarah is attentive and patient with my daughter who is nonverbal and can require extra care. Watching her practice the new moves she learns at home melts my heart! I even see improvements week to week with my daughter beyond gymnastics. She's learning to wait her turn, follow directions and engage socially in a setting other then school. It's been a great experience so far for us. Thanks ENA!

The instructors are the only good thing about this place. The office administrator in the morning gives this place 2 stars. Never dealt with a more rude person in my life. Even told me to tale my kids out if I dont like dealing with her. We dont need your money. Awful.

Terrible communicators- they don't answer their phone, they don't have people working the desk on the very busy Saturdays when we went, and they certainly don't use social media (email, website, etc) to inform us of anything. This was amplified last week- We had no idea that there was a year-end "Olympics" till we arrived for our daughter's usual Saturday 12:15 class. When we arrived, we knew something was up, but it took us 15 minutes to finally find someone to help us figure out what was going on. The person told us without apology that her 12:15 class that day was combined with the 11am class, so we missed everything. We received no emails, no notices, no nothing about this. They claimed that an announcement was made the previous week but if this was to my 6 year old, It means they have no idea that kids are not that reliable for passing on information!

They never answer phone calls. I don't understand why bother to stay in business if they don't like to answer their phone?
