I loveeeeee this class!!! I started as a one time trial and immediately hooked. I try and go twice a week. They have different classes to focus on different parts of the body and the instructors are sooo nice & make working out fun! You get so much done in 30 minute, it’s the perfect balance of stairs then a body workout, or vice versa and you walk out feeling great! I haven’t worked out in about 5 years but somehow I’m always thinking about my next workout these days. Thank you guys for making workout fun and being encouraging the whole time.

I recently started taking classes at Elevate Stair Climb and I have to say—it's one of the most effective classes I’ve ever done. I’ve taken all kinds of cardio and strength classes before, but nothing quite compares to the classes here. The climb instructors set a very excellent pace and they structure the classes so you're getting some cardio in as well as strength training. They also go above and beyond to make the classes fun and encouraging. 30 minute classes but no time is wasted and you are moving the entire time. I feel great after these classes and the best thing is they are great for all fitness levels.

I love the workout classes at Elevate Stair Climb! They offer the perfect balance of cardio and calisthenics with the use of some weights. The staff is very nice and welcoming and I already feel stronger and healthier. Can't wait to come back and continue my journey!

Elevate Stair Climb is by far the BEST workout I've ever had! As someone who isn't usually very active, I was nervous to try this out but I am so happy I did. The entire team is knowledgeable, kind and motivating. They make you believe you can do it and encourage you every step of the way. The classes are 30 minutes long - which is perfect! The classes are fun, the playlists get you moving and I look forward to working out now instead of dreading it. I can't wait to transform into the best version of myself with the help of Elevate Stair Climb!

I have not had the option to take a class yet, but i have been able to shoot multiple events for them, with the most recent being the yearly 9/11 tribute they do. Every year the events gets better & better. From the first time I worked with everyone treated me like family. Every Instructor gives it their all with each class they teach, making each class having its own, unique feel. They push you to do your best & I have the honor to been able to capture their passion & love for helping people achieve their goals. I cant wait to finally go & take a class after seeing the way they treat & care for their clients. 10/10 recommend trying out.

I was honestly skeptical at first that a 30-minute workout could make a real impact—but after trying Elevate Stair Climb, I’m a believer! The class is split perfectly into two segments: 15 minutes on the stairs to get your heart pumping, and 15 minutes of weights and stretches for a balanced, full-body workout.
What really stood out to me were the instructors. They took the time to walk me through everything, explained the machine in detail, and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. Their energy and support made a huge difference.
My only regret? Not trying this class sooner. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate—this is such an efficient, effective, and welcoming workout experience.

Elevate Stair Climb has been a game changer! Doing the stair climber always sounds so daunting and challenging (to me at least!) , and when you think of doing a class that revolves around exactly that it could intimidating … but it’s the exact opposite! You leave feeling so energized, accomplished, and excited for your next climb. It is an amazing, quick 30 minute workout that you will get addicted to! Your body will be sore but it means you know you killed it!!
Not only is the class so amazing, the space and the people make it so welcoming. Patrick and Lucas are incredible!!!
So happy to have found this hidden gem! You will not be disappointed - book the class, and see you at the next climb!!!!

Although I’m one the owner’s best friends, I’m going to write this review in an unbiased way: Elevate Stair Climb is the best fitness studio I’ve ever been to. The Climb Guides are insanely knowledgeable and friendly, the equipment is top of the line and super clean, the playlists are always on point, and if you’re looking for a high energy/good vibes spot to get amazing workouts in then I HIGHLY recommend Elevate.

I absolutely love this workout class! I went from being nervous about taking workout classes to looking forward to each one! Been going for months now and all the instructors are welcoming, super motivating and genuinely care about making everyone feel comfortable. My favorite workout studio in the area! Covers a full body workout and all within 30 minutes! I go to elevate every week. The staff is friendly, they always remember your name, and greet you with a smile! If you haven’t tried the workout yet don’t hesitate!

Great classes with amazing instructors. I had to stop other HIIT classes in the past because they would cause knee pain. I have been doing Elevate over a year with no pain. Great for all ages and fitness levels. So fun!

I take ClimbX with Lucas weekly and I am obsessed! It’s so fun and the 30 mins goes so quick. They are the nicest group of people EVER (golden retriever energy). Amazing workout, clean studio, good music, great vibes… 10/10 recommend !

I started going to Elevate because I wanted to get healthier and try something new. The classes are small but the energy runs high. It's been a little over a month now and I haven't had the same workout twice. Lucas and Elyse are awesome trainers and Patrick always adds an extra level of fun! Everyone is so caring and encouraging! I highly recommend that everyone 'Climb Higher'!

I always love looking for new ways to exercise. I go to the gym regularly but that sometimes gets boring. Elevate is a great way to change it up. It’s fun and motivating!! Everyone on the team is amazing! One of my favorite parts about Elevate is it’s only 30 minutes!!!! If you’re in a rush but need a quick workout, Elevate is for you!

Elevate is by far the best group class I have taken! The atmosphere always has positive vibes, the trainers are super energetic and want you to leave a better version of yourself, and the workout is killer! As someone who doesn't do much cardio, this is a quick and great way to move my body in a different way than I'm used to. If you haven't yet, you have to check Elevate out for yourself and climb to the top!
