My son went through a wrist and knee injury. Jeff is a tremendous trainer with experience in working with kids going through physical therapy simultaneously. He craft training routine to speed recovery and to rebuild strength and agility. My son has worked with Jeff for the last three years. Highly recommend Jeff for all ages!

I think that Jeff does a great job of training and motivating you. He always listens to any concerns and makes adjustments as necessary……he makes you feel welcomed and I always leave feeling like I’ve had a good workout. I would highly recommend Jeff. I am a wimpy 68 year old female and he has gently and kindly pushed me to get in better shape!

I have been working out with Endurance Train for 6 years now! I have never found anything I liked enough to stick with. This program has changed my life. Exercise is now a priority that I look forward to. Each class is different and can easily be modified to your own needs and limitations. This is a no judgement zone where you will find support and encouragement from the rest of the group. Jeff’s first class is always free. Give it a try! I highly recommend this program.

Jeff has been my trainer for over a decade. He has been instrumental in making a me a stronger, better runner. When my 10 year old son and I volunteered to hike the Grand Canyon from rim to rim to raise funds for his genetic skin disease, I sent him to Jeff to get stronger for the 18 miles, 5,000 feet of elevation gain and loss hike. Jeff not only helped to prepare him physically for the grueling hike he also helped to prepare him mentally. He is great with kids, keeping them engaged in the training process. I highly recommend him, great guy and great trainer.

I started going to Jeff Eades at Endurance Train in Danville about 8 years ago. I was burnt out of the same old Gym routines and thought I would give his class a try. I immediately noticed the close group of regulars who seemed to motivate and push each other. I was immediately welcomed into the group and have thoroughly enjoyed training and making friends in the positive environment. Jeff changes up the routines for every class so you never get bored or in a rut. I would highly recommend the class to anyone looking to improve there health.

I have been training with Jeff for almost 10 years. His sessions are fun and provide a great balance of strength and conditioning. Before joining Jeff, I had no fitness regimen. His program transformed my focus on health and well-being. In both the live (Mt. Lakes/Denville) and virtual formats his instruction is clear and easy to follow. He provides helpful corrections and reminders while exercising. Music keeps it fun. The built-in accountability of showing up with people on a regular basis is also a great motivator. The group is fun and supportive as everyone is on the same fitness journey. I recommend Jeff and Endurance train as a great sustainable program.

Jeff is an excellent trainer. Workouts are always fresh, and adaptive for any level of personal fitness. I've been using the Endurance Train boot camp for over 5 years as my primary workout and still find it engaging, challenging and rewarding.
Highly reccomend giving it a try, hey the first class is free!

I’ve been taking the Endurance Train Bootcamp for almost 8 years. It’s an incredible program which challenges you every time. Each class is different focusing on a combination of strength, core, mobility and conditioning. You don’t need to be a world class athlete to participate, just someone who is motivated to improve their overall fitness and health.

If you want the same old boring exercise class, keep looking. While Jeff uses some consistent movements in his boot camp classes, he finds new and different ways to incorporate them so its never the same class twice. He also has added many new challenges and is tweaking things constantly. You won't get bored and your body will continue to work. Covid threw us all a curveball and Jeff quickly adapted and converted his teachings to an online version which are very close in both activities and camaraderie to the in-person version. After 12 plus years with Jeff, I still am up at 5:00 AM most days to get my "right foot forward". I have also enrolled my children in his youth training sessions to help get them ready for their high school sports seasons which he accomplished with ease.

Jeffrey Eades is a very personable and responsive trainer. His boot camp classes are challenging in the best way! Jeff makes each class great, with different routines every day. The class works for anyone from beginner to advanced, and Jeff does a great job of offering adjustments to exercises if needed. He also likes to add monthly challenges into the mix to keep things interesting. There are mornings and evening classes to work around any schedule, and Endurance Train is conveniently located in Denville/Mountain Lakes.
In addition to boot camp, I train with Jeff. I am definitely a “work in progress”, but in the short time I have been training, I have made great improvement. Jeff creates workouts that are fun as well as effective, and his encouragement pushes me to do more than I ever thought I could!

I’ve been a fan and committed Endurance Train “Boot Camper” for more than 6 years. Could be 7! Jeff’s classes are thoughtfully crafted to offer sustained results for anyone willing to make the commitment to workout. With a wide range of days/hours throughout the week, and exercises that can be accomplished by anyone from novice to hard core, this is a program and trainer not to be missed! Jeff practices what he preaches, and regularly works out with the group. With the remote live format, camaraderie is still very much in place as I look eagerly each morning to see who is exercising that day.
If you need to shake up your exercise routine, or you need to create one, Endurance Train is outstanding. See you in Boot Camp!
