It's a nice, intimate environment without the distractions of larger places. A little small for my preference, but machines are always accessible. Temperature was very cold inside.

Been coming here for a few months. The staff are very friendly and makes you feel comfortable working out at whatever fitness level you are at. It’s not a huge space but never felt crowded.

I have been training at energy fitness for almost 10 years. The trainers are all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They individualize their programs to meet the needs of the clients. The gym is always clean, and well maintained. It is a pleasure to be trained in such a facility.

I love Energy Fitness! The gym is always clean, always comfortable and always a good vibe when I am their! Staff is all accommodating and helpful. They offer free towel service also which is a big plus! Plenty of state of the art equipment and all of the trainers and instructors are knowledgeable. Never overcrowded! Highly recommend.

My mom convinced me to come here best decision I ever made. I get nervous when I'm around people but the staff here made me feel comfortable. The owner Steve is a great guy he will treat you Like your his best friend. I've made a lot of progress since I've been coming here if anyone needs a gym they should check out here because it's a very great place to work out. And there's no pressure by anybody.

The best gym I have ever been to. A very supportive environment that pushes you out of your comfort zone in the safest and most comfortable ways possible. The trainers here are amazing and support you through all of your goals, plateaus and fitness adventures. 10/10!
