It must be the best yoga class I’ve taken. I really got a good deep stretch of my body. Natalie gave us plenty of personal attention too in helping us to improve our postures. It’s a serious class with lots of action. I love it and can’t wait to go back!

I finally found the perfect yoga studio, and I couldn’t be happier!
I’ve been taking classes with Natalie and Lily, and they’re amazing. Natalie’s deep stretching techniques and Lily’s soothing aromatherapy make each session so refreshing and uplifting.

I have been to so many yoga studios over the last 12 years and this is the only yoga studio I want to go back to! Natalie is a great yoga instructor and I’m so thankful for her classes. My mobility and flexibility have improved in just a month and my lower back stopped hurting from my office job!

I've been practicing yoga for almost 8 years. It has been difficult in the past for me to find a studio where I feel like each flow is contributing to my own personal progression, and that I'm not remaining stagnant in my form.
I've been attending Energy Flow for a year now and have made great strides in certain poses, but most importantly, feel myself gaining greater strength both physically and mentally. Although the classes push you, they are also accessible to people of all levels.
Natalie, Lana and Chilling have all been excellent teachers, each with a specific style that will provide you with a range of focus in your workout routine. I've also come to know the other students in my classes and they are equally kind and welcoming. Highly recommend for someone who is practicing at any level!

I tried Full Body Yoga Sculpt w Chilling through ClassPass. It was challenging but very rewarding. Chilling is very kind & helpful. Will come back regularly!
