I’ve been working out at Envision for two years now.
One of Kfir’s strengths is that he listens to his Clients and understands their goals. Now that I am in my early seventies, I am interested in maintaining muscle mass, not bulking up. So, I asked Kfir to develop a specific fitness program for me that focused primarily on improving flexibility and balance.
The program has worked well. I am able to continue to play golf and keep up with my three-year-old grandson – at least for now. I recommend Envision to those who are serious about fitness and want to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

K is the best! He is incredibly patient and kind, always taking the time to understand my unique needs, especially as I navigate my Lyme disease. His support and understanding have made my fitness journey not only achievable but also enjoyable. He tailors each session to accommodate my condition, ensuring that I push myself without overdoing it. I truly appreciate his dedication and expertise. He answers every question I have and is extremely knowledgeable. I leave every session feeling so proud of myself for getting such a good workout in. Kfir is the best! I had let my fitness lapse due to life, work, blah blah all the excuses. I knew I wouldn’t be motivated enough to take myself to a gym so I started with personal training in January 2022 to get in good enough shape to join K’s small group classes. After about 3 months he said “You're ready!”
I try to attend classes 2-3 times per week when I’m not traveling and enjoy the comraderie of the small groups. I still have work to do and keeping fit is definitely harder now that I’m older, but K is very good about modifying exercises according to my ever changing aches and pains. Overall, I feel good and I feel strong. Thanks Kfir!

I cannot say enough good things about Kfir! My friend had initially recommended years ago that I seek out Kfir to help me get my unhappy saggy and generally unhealthy post-menopausal body back “in shape” (a feat I thought was impossible)…but it wasn’t until the reality of my son’s upcoming wedding loomed before me that I finally took her advice. Now, 3months later, with just a few days to go before our big event, I am down 12 solid pounds, I’ve lost 4 inches in my waistline and am feeling healthier, stronger and more physically balanced than I have EVER felt in my entire life. I am actually seeing real definition in my arms and legs, and can feel strength and tone returning to my back and abs—something I will openly admit that I have NEVER had.
As a retired physician, I have been duly impressed by Kfir’s vast knowledge base of the mechanics of the body but even more with his ability to apply it and tailor my individual program to the subtle changes in requirements as I progressed from session to session. i could immediately appreciate Kfir’s close attention to the details of my limitations, goals and time frame—as well as my real fear of getting injured at my age. He has astutely and diligently worked around (or perhaps, “with!”) my chronic knee and wrist issues (congenital), refining his exercises in our training sessions and home routines to protect my joints even as he strengthened them, reassuring me at every step as he encouraged me to progress through my own mental constraints of what I thought would be impossible for me to achieve. When I queried the reasoning behind his choices of routines so that I could better understand why and how, etc, he always responded with kindness, patience, good knowledge, experience, and real awareness of my concerns.
As I step into the gorgeous and relatively “unforgiving” dress of my choice for my son’s wedding this week, I will be thanking God for Kfir and his talent and hard work. At this point, I cannot wait to see what shape he can get me in for the new year. He has made me a believer!!

Started going to K in Oct 2021. He has small group fitness classes that are always tailored to the participants individual needs and focus on safety to avoid injury while giving you that extra push on the mind over matter. Highly recommend Envision Health & Fitness.

I have been coming to K’s classes since July 2021. The first class I took was in the park and I got this great vibe from K. He was enthusiastic, funny, encouraging and you can tell that he really enjoys coaching. I was hooked and have been coming to Envision 3 to 4 times a week.
I like that K can adjust the workouts based on your age, abilities or other issues you might have and he is that little “push” that I need to complete one more lift, one more up/down or round.
This gym has been a breath of fresh air I needed to enjoy working out again. I highly recommend Envision Health & Fitness .

I have been coming to the classes (Bootcamp style, called Group Fitness) since April 2021 and I love it! It's the first workout I haven't been bored with!
K is very well-educated and the exercises are based on science. He takes the strength, the age, and the workout experiences of all students into consideration when planning the workouts, and he is always able to personalize according to injuries or other issues.
And then there is the fun. Most of us are not necessarily fitness nerds. Everybody feels welcome and safe here. K's classes are absolutely no-judgement zone!
In short - whether you have been working out for years or are just thinking about starting, and no matter your current fitness level, you will feel good, have fun, and be just enough challenged by the workouts in Envision Health & Fitness! I highly recommend!
