We have had a great experience with being a part of Epic! The instructors have all been so caring and kind! Coach Emily and Coach Sarah have been amazing with our child and have been so encouraging, kind, and patient! The gym is always clean and every staff member is warm and welcoming!

Poor parking, poor customer service, teacher is always yelling at little kids. There is no gap in between classes and it's a madhouse getting in and out. You can't actually see any of the class so your just kind of stuck there in the waiting room. On top of it already being a madhouse, sometimes they also have a karate class at the same time!

We love it here!! Been going for 3 years. The owners are very nice and involved .. the staff is nice and the coaches become like family. My daughter has gone from knowing nothing about gymnastics to improving and learning so many skills. We started with the Me & you class, to the little kids classes, and now onto level 2 gym! Highly recommend

Had my daughters 7th birthday party here and it turned out being an absolute blast for the kids. They had such a great time. The girls who ran the party did a great job entertaining the kids. The staff were excellent. Highly recommend for a birthday party if your looking for something simple and fun for kids! The gym looks very nice.

Oldest daughter loves her coaches and has been taking classes for several years. I would give this gym 5 stars for my oldest daughter’s experience. After having my youngest daughter on a waiting list, we finally got a call back that a class for her age group was available. She was so excited. My youngest daughter had a lovely teacher her first session and was very excited to come to class each week. This year was a different story. She would come home some nights crying because the coach “yelled” at her. My daughter was definitely a beginner. Not sure if this had any impact but it shouldn’t have. Additionally, she is not the only child to have this experience. I have witnessed other children in her class in tears. I also overheard another mother complaining at the front desk about the same experience. Noted she has expressed these concerns many times and management does not address it. I don’t know enough about this but this mother was very upset and her daughter was crying in the waiting room. I tried to keep my youngest daughter in for the full year and encouraged her to continue but when she would tell me she didn’t want to go anymore because the “coach is mean to her”, I had to cancel her classes. I explained this all to the front desk in a professional manner. They said that is a shame. It was unfortunate because she really enjoys gymnastics but she is only 6 and learning the skills. The coaching approach may not be the best for young girls learning skills. If she had a different coach, she would have stayed in. I think the coach they have for the 5-6 age group should be a competition coach or 1:1 coach that is for deepening skills verses a weekly girls gym classes. I am sure she knows the skills well but the style is more in line with advanced skills. Hopefully management will consider this and make the appropriate changes in the future. I would love for my youngest daughter to come back and enjoy it as much as my oldest.

Epic Gymnastics is a state of the art facility that is second to none in developing a young gymnast regardless of gender, race, or economic background. They see the potential in each and every child providing them with tools and instruction to develop self discipline mind body connection, and skill set mastery. My children have attended since early childhood and perform at a much higher level both mentally and physically than their peers.

I had a very bad experience in this Gym. It is a shame because we waited three months in the wait list. The children got out of there crying and stressed is very sad the trainer yelling to a four year old to do something she has not even teach them to do. It is unbelievable I saw this child breaking down because she so stressed, I am very disappointed

The customer service at this place is an absolute joke. I went in for a trial with my daughter and her friend and the staff was rude to my friend, me, and our daughters (5 year olds by the way!!) I’m so happy we chose to do a trial before paying for their overpriced membership to put our children in their assembly line, boot camp style classes. I’m shocked that this place has managed to stay open as long as it has and that they have any repeat business at all.

We love the family nature of this business. Our daughter does both gymnastics and karate in the same facility. The instructors are kind and genuinely care for the students.

Very crowded sometimes chaotic .. always smells ,but biggest gripe is the front desk attitudes... If your looking for small, more formal training and learning experience , this may not be the place for you. I think they have name brand equity, but that only goes so far.

I come here so my kids can learn gymnastics, not so I can use the internet. It's a big facility and the teachers are professional coaches. They love it and are definitely learning.
