Definitely, you need a great person taking phones. The girl who picked up the phone simply threw it away when she didn't hear my greeting, and when I excitedly called again to sign up, she didn't give me any information or the monthly promotion to encourage me to join. As a customer service worker, this doesn't help at all with attracting new people

Clean, well laid out. Paper towels, hand sanitizer, and antibacterial spray always stocked. Equipment in great conditions, weights well maintained. Excellent.

They dont update your card when you give it to them in advance and charge you a fee for missed payment.

It's great when you find a place that just has everything. Evolve gym has everything, free weights, machines classes, spin class and a super friendly staff. The place is also super clean facility is spacious and base their adding things as well. You just feel like you're part of a family when you walk in it's a place you can call your own

Easter weekend I walked in to see the gym and joined immediately.
I am 62 and it’s the best gym for me in my 45 years of physical fitness.
I was a member of Retro for 6 years and Evolve took over and has opened. If you liked the old Retro, Evolve is 10 steps better.
I love it and missed it very much for everything. The owner did a great job to completely fix and update. Clean and the staff just can’t be more friendly, polite and helpful. What I always liked about this location is how many windows it has with natural light.
I went to 5 other local gyms which I did not fit in.
I was fine with cost of the membership compared to the other gyms.
Thanks for your effort to not allow this gym to disappear.
