I’ve taken classes at F45 in Hoboken through their partnership with Fleet Feet. The resistance classes are great for strength workouts during marathon training! There are many class times offered each day which is helpful for scheduling. I will definitely be back!

I took my first cardio format class at F45 today and it was a fun experience! The coaches were motivational and they were consistently walking around to check-in. The studio made some nice updates and I always like the F45 TVs to keep me on track with the work out sets and my form.

I had the opportunity to try an F45 class through a half marathon training program. I was running a bit behind but upon my arrival the coaches made sure I was up to speed with the workout and clarified my questions about the structure of the workout. During the workout, the coaches were helpful and not overbearing. I felt like I had enough space to do my own thing but I was also given tips on correct form, which I appreciated. The class could be a bit overwhelming for first-timers but since you travel in pods, it helps keep you in the loop! I look forward to trying more classes. I typically prefer cardio style classes but the class I took was strength training, which is a necessary part of the process.

I did my first class here as part of the Fleet Feet running program. I was not sure what to expect, but I absolutely loved it. It was great to train different parts of my body in a fast paced upbeat environment. I am very excited to do more workouts here and can't wait to see the results.

My first time at F45, the staff ensured they introduced themselves and showed me around the gym. The staff was very welcoming and the coach was attentive to form and ensuring everyone knew what they were doing. The workout was challenging.

I was at taking a prodigy class a few months ago and if I'm being honest the people there were soso like there would be one coach who would greet me and others just are not so polite and isolate when I walk in. The class was fine and the coaches are very encouraging when your training which some may like. The only other thing I didn't like was the teens attending the prodigy class were all middle schoolers, and I was in 10th grade at the time, which made it feel weird so I signed out and went to nysc instead. Good gym tho for people losing weight

I joined F45 in November and to be honest I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up with the classes. While I was a strong athlete in my teens and 20s I wondered if I could get that strength back in my 40s. Well, I surprised myself and not only can I keep up, but I am excited to get up and go to class every morning, which is fantastic! The coaches are incredibly supportive and motivating, the other members are inspiring to be around and each workout is both challenging and rewarding.
The saying ‘You Get Out What You Put In’ completely fits for me when it comes to F45. For the first time in years I’m pushing myself just enough each time that I’m feeling strong again and probably the best part about having joined is who I inspired, my tween daughter. She was so impressed by my dedication she jumped at the chance to take the F45 Prodigy classes when I told her about them. These classes are geared for 11-17 yo and as an athlete that plays two running sports the classes are a perfect place for her to get stronger and faster.
If you want something fun and different absolutely come try F45!

I am now 47 years old and have been a member for 5 years (after major knee surgery in 2018), & have completed over 600 classes. Though it's still a work in progress, I started in 2020 at 33% body fat and have steadily decreased that to 25% PBF where I am now. I am much stronger now than ever before, and I was a college athlete. This circuit training gym and program has greatly improved my quality of life both physically and mentally. I will never quit, ever. If I ever move in the future a new place, which I’m not planning on, it will have to be near an F45 studio.
The coaches Marvin, Gabby, Tory, Kenly, Eddie, and José are amazing. So knowledgeable and supportive. Don’t be intimidated to try this— you can do it even if you start with body weight resistance until you nail the correct form. The coaches are all rock stars and they are there to help and support your fitness journey.
This is the new (for 6 months now) weekly schedule:
RESISTANCE (increase muscle): Tues/Thurs
CARDIO (max fat burn): Mon/Wed
HYBRID (cardio + resistance): Fri/Sat/Sun

I love F45 Hoboken North. It is my favorite provider of group training classes! When everything was locked down, I signed up for virtual training or used the app to guide my workouts, but nothing beats the awesome trainers/coaches. Since gyms have opened up, I've been back in the studio. The setup is great, with more than adequate distance and protocols in place. I still use the app when I can't make it to class. So many options.

Just left F45’s 22 workout on the passport program. The passport, to me, is a great addition to the f45 benefits. I get to meet guys like Coach Eddy who is great and very welcoming. Studio and equipment at F45 Hoboken North is top notch!! Carlo, my work out partner, was kind and gifted me a delicious empanada on the way out. This studio will be a future stop for me when traveling through Hoboken. Looking forward to seeing you again in 2025.

I’ve been working out at this F45 gym for two years, and I have to say the past year has been exceptional since Marvin took over as the new gym manager. I was a loyal member of F45 for three years, and what a regrettable transformation it has undergone. The recent decision to fire all their coaches left a glaring void in the gym’s expertise, motivation, and community. In addition, the administration at the front desk has taken a nosedive in customer service, displaying a condescending and rude attitude that is far from welcoming.
I used to love this gym, but witnessing its current state is disheartening. The blatant disregard for customer value is evident from the moment you walk in and encounter the outdated gym equipment. It’s a stark reflection of how little they invest in maintaining a quality experience for their members.
This once-thriving community has turned into a shadow of its former self. F45, you’ve lost a dedicated member, and I’m not alone in feeling this way. Save yourself the frustration and find a gym that truly values its customers.

I just started at F45 this year and already love it. As someone who was trying to get back into working out, these sessions were the best way to jump right in while pushing myself to lift heavier. I’ve worked out all of my life and have always preferred group training. My mom passed away unexpectedly really young and it broke me; I stopped taking care of myself. I struggled to get out of bed for months until I found F45. My goal every morning was to just get to the gym and listen to the coaches. The ease of not having to think, having constructive coaches and powerful energy in the morning has helped heal me. While it’s more expensive than the NYSC up the block, F45 is worth every dollar. I’m grateful for all the coaches and highly recommend F45 if you need help in your health journey.

Pretty good workout class if you want a challenging HIIT workout, I came from Orange Theory where running and rowing used to be components of my workouts but F45 is strenght/carido minus running. They do have a rowing machine that they throw in here and there. Otherwise, the hybrid classes where both strengh + cardio are mixed in are super fun and go by quickly. Coach Evan has been super helpful in fixing my form and pushing me past my comfort zone.
My only feedback is that I wish F45 did not participate in politics on their social media.

I was an athlete in my youth (track & field, basketball, volleyball) and hadn’t trained in decades, so I was a little intimidated at first. But after giving it a try for the first week, I quickly became obsessed with the format and the structure. You come and put your work in for 45 minutes and you’re done. The sets are usually a minute or less, you move around in a circuit so you don’t get bored (instead get motivated to make the most of each set!), and you can even incorporate a heart monitor to gauge how hard you’re working that particular day.
To boot, I love the staff and other members of this gym. Down to earth, friendly and relatable. I’ve made some really good friends here, and am grateful to be a part of this community.
If you’ve ever been curious about F45 or HIIT circuit training, I highly recommend you check it out.

F45 opens the eyes on the functional full-body workout! I totaly enjoy it: you have a good mix of everything to strengthen your body and endurance. You may not have the exact shape development as if with private coach, but you have a room of pears who will keep you in a nice challenging mode and very professional staff who helps you to excersise properly. Class lasts for 45 min but it's with high intensity and you realy boost your energy level!

Excellent staff, clean facility, and generally a great structured workout that pushes you for 45-60 min. The staff works with you through the work out and provides feedback to push you or correct your form. This is “functional training”, but is really High Intensity Circuit Training. Highly recommended if you need a push and enjoy working out with a group.

I started with the two week trial and was immediately addicted after the third class. The workouts can accomodate every person based on their individual fitness level. The workouts vary daily; challenging your mind and body. There are also class times available to meet any schedule. There are challenges to compete with yourself or the gym. There is also an app so you can keep up with the workouts if you are unable to make it in.
The coaches (Dave, Dana, Boris, Marvin, Wendy) are an exceptional part of the experience. They are friendly, approachable and knowledgable! They push you in the most encouraging manner. I have become the best version of myself thanks to them.

Growing up an athlete, this style of training took me right back to the intensity and excitement of sports; high-fives and positive vibes included. No two days are alike, so it will keep you on your toes and is a full body workout. Hands-down the most favorite gym I've joined in years.

Great results!! F45 and the team at Hoboken North are the real deal! This team is professional, focused, helpful, and encouraging! They were with my girlfriend and I every step of the way as we started our workout journey, and it's true what they say that it is indeed life changing. Over the 6 months that we were members, we both have seen crazy results and have felt the best we have in a very long time. For me personally, I was able to drop around 40 lbs during my time with the team at Hoboken North!

After reading glowing reviews about F45 in general, I figured it couldn't hurt to check it out. What started as a couple preview classes before the official grand opening very quickly turned into an obsession. I never write posts and reviews, but I must say, I've been loving F45 Hoboken North. I feel a sense of family here- they learn your names quickly and the instructors are always so friendly and enthusiastic. The best part, the workouts are amazing! I love the combo of cardio and weight lifting where each day is different. I am not one to typically do weight training, but these classes have forced me out of my comfort zone. I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a different type of workout and a hard workout!
