I am thrilled to say after working with several personal trainers for my teenage daughters, MaLisa is the perfect fit for them and me! She is dedicated, energetic, and passionate about fitness and nutrition. She leads by example and is open to trying new things to help herself and her clients grow. MaLisa develops individualized plans for each of her customers to help meet their needs and goals and tracks their progress weekly. She is reasonably priced and worth every penny. If you are thinking about getting into fitness or need a refresh, invest in yourself and call her! You won’t regret it!

I’ve been training with MaLisa at Feel the Fit twice a week, and it’s been a really positive experience. She brings a solid mix of knowledge, consistency, and encouragement to each session. The workouts follow a steady structure, which I actually appreciate as it’s helped me focus on building strength and tracking progress as the weights increase over time.

I’ve been training with Malisa for a while now. I try to workout at home but it’s never the same as having someone tell you , you got this. Just one more rep! Malisa is very caring of her clients and knowledgeable. I always feel so much better when my workout is done. Even after I had an injury last year she is always mindful that I’m okay while doing my workouts. She’s the best

MaLisa is the BEST!!! She will motivate you and hold you accountable. Her workouts are creative, challenging, and always changing. She writes an individual program for each client and keeps progressing you as you get stronger.
She truly cares about each client and the time flies by. Her studio has such great energy. You WILL see results. I love my workouts with her and actually look forward to them.

The best personal trainer!!! I've been with MaLisa off and on for about 1.5years. MaLisa has her clients best interest and walks the walk! She is a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach with credentials ready to show. She has done body building competitions herself. I would say the only expectation she has is you compete with yourself!! She pushes you beyond the limits you set for yourself & finds ways to engage the community in fitness like her walking group. With her training and nutritional coaching, Ive lost the weight and plan to keep it off. Pricing is very reasonable for the area!!!! MaLisa is so kind and a gem! Check her out, you wont regret it!!!!!
