I worked with Donna for almost a year. I was short of breath and barely running when i met her. By the time that I left I was chiseled running 5-8 miles and in less pain. She patiently taught me many techniques to strengthen my whole body as well as stretching and tension release for my chronic myofascial pain.

I would still be seeing her twice a week for private sessions if she was still in the area.
