Started coming here 6 months postpartum and I can confidently say this bootcamp (plus going back to work) helped me feel like myself again. Olesya, Maddy, Erin, Mike, Mike Sr, Kasey, and Sabrina make sure I'm doing each workout correctly and push you right when u want to give up.

Fit body boot camp in Freehold is exactly what you want a HIIT / cross-fit training place to be. The workouts are creative and efficient, the people are phenomenal and they genuinely care about people’s fitness journey. Everyone I’ve seen come here has reached significant fitness goals and it speaks to the care of the people who run it. I’ve been to other cross-fit / HIIT places but nothing compares to here. It’s truly a place where friends become family and your fitness goals become theirs. 5/5 ! 10/10 !! 100/100 !!!

Fit Body has great workouts, it changes every day and is total body with strength training and cardio. The shorter classes and available time slots make it so easy to get my workouts done. And the trainers are the best, I love their energy and they make each class fun.

I always feel so comfortable and not judged coming here. The coaches are friendly, energetic and always help to make sure the exercise is done right they also have the best play list. The best gym environment I have ever been in. My boyfriend and I are former highly competitive athletes and we were struggling to get back into working out. Freehold Fit Body Boot Camp has helped us form a new habit, become more confident, stronger, and happier. Each workout is 30 minutes, however just because it’s a shorter time does not mean it is easy. The coaches (Mike, Maddy, Kasey, and Olyesa) are super motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive. It has given me a gym family and we all motivate each other to be better during sessions. Going to the gym is more enjoyable than ever at Freehold fit body.

I’m honestly so glad I found Freehold Fit Body Boot Camp. I love the 30 minute workouts, they are efficient and very instense. You come out sweating and feeling accomplished everytime. Everyday there are new exercises and different stations, which I really enjoy. Everyone is so welcoming and the coaches always support you throughout the workout. I would definitely recommend.

If I could rate 10/5 I would. I have not worked out regularly in years and have always been too intimidated to try this style of a class. I felt right at home coming to freehold fit body right from the orientation. All of the coaches are extremely welcoming and always motivate you through the workouts. They help modify any workouts that may be too challenging and make sure to accommodate everyone. I’m happy to have found this gym and look forward to my future growth here! Huge thank you for getting me out of my comfort zone and motivating me to come back each time!

I have had great success with Freehold body boot camp to get me back on track with my fitness goals. The classes are great for strength and cardio combined. The 30 minute work out really goes by so fast but in the end I feel like I had a great workout. The 5:10 am was a bit intimidating at first but it is a great way to start the day and feel accomplished. The staff is really friendly, helpful, and motivating. They modify things if too challenging. The facility is brand new and equipment is great! Great experience overall.

Freehold Fit Body gym is very clean and equipment is top notch! Coach Mike, Kasey, & Mattie greets each class with a smile and adapt the workouts to all fitness levels. ! I love the pace of the 30-35m workouts. It gets my heart rate up and I feel stronger everyday! Highly recommended!
