Such a great experience! I felt adequately challenged but I also felt completely comfortable. Since my training I have seen a lot progress in my sports. This experience definitely helped me improve and helped me feel more confident in my strength. I can say I definitely looked forward to training every week. I can’t wait to train again this winter!

Erik is awesome! He really cares about your success and actually takes the time to get to know your goals. He customizes workouts, makes sure you’re lifting safely, and always pushes you in the right way. What I love most is that he doesn’t just focus on lifting, he also helps with nutrition and overall health. We had an outstanding experience working with Erick for our 13-year-old son who is interested in fitness and improving his lacrosse performance. I am currently applying to the service academies and I needed help improving my Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA). I met Erick at one of my first CFAs and he saw my desire to get in and gave me a bunch of super helpful tips and guidance. I then reached out for continuous training and started training with Erick for the past few months. Been working out there for past 8 weeks with Erick and he definitely knows what he’s doing and he sets up a work program that fits to each individuals needs. From dieting, the right vitamins, and exercise program. I’m 74 and I have been given a new lease on life. I’ve seen definite improvement in my cardio, stamina and endurance. My biceps, triceps, shoulders and AB’s have shown tremendous improvements. Not only am I looking and feeling physically in great condition, but as helped tremendously with my mental state.
