He is the best in the business. Your goal is his focus, and he will guide you towards achieving it! Training with Karen was my first time working out with a trainer. Getting paired up with her was hands down the best experience. From our initial consultation Karen was able to identify my goals without me even knowing exactly what they were and we started working out together the following week. Karen was the first person to introduce me to resistance and weight training and my body craved her workout routines on my days off from her. My body changed INSTANTLY. Not only is she a wonderful trainer but she's also an incredible person. I loved getting to know her. On top of that, the gym has a great atmosphere & everyone is so friendly. Kristen is a gem among personal trainers. I found her during a challenging time in my life, and from my first consultation call with her, I knew she was going to be my emotional support person. She designed a six week training plan that helped me shred 9 lbs of fat and dramatically more toned.

Coach Kristen has been training me for past few months in preparation for my upcoming Kilimanjaro trek. I cannot praise her enough for how amazing she has been in completely transforming my fitness level in all respects - form, balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. I have been working with Kristen for 3 years. I am really happy with the experience and how strong and fit I got. My bone scan for osteopnia and my lab work getting improved because the exercises I am doing with Kristen. Kristen is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the benefits of exercises we do together. She is thoughtful in planning in exercises we do during our sessions and she also has created great workout plans for me to do at home as well. She also provides personalized nutrition advice in addition to the exercises. I really enjoy my sessions with Kristen as she is encouraging, caring and believes in me and motivates me to do my best, and she is really fun to be around. I completed 6 weeks of personal training with Sanjana, and I am amazed by the progress I've made in just a few short weeks! I started training with Kristen in 2020, I was recovering from major abdominal surgery a few years prior leaving me with a very weak core - and I had a few bad habits along with it. Kristen took me for as I was, never once told me I had to do anything - but that with time I would simply not want to do those things any longer because I would see how much it impacts my workouts (tobacco, binge eating, etc.). She programed unique and full body workouts for me, pushed me in one on one, and eventually got me to join the group sessions where I met the most amazing workout partners I could have asked for. Fast forward two years later, I lost 30 pounds, earned my NASM CPT and moved to Oregon to train clients at my local gym. This studio & these people will change your life - you deserve to find your greatness so get in there!

Karen helped me to push myself to my body’s limits! Every session not only ended with soreness, but also with satisfaction since I knew that I was getting stronger. Thanks to Karen, I now have a repertoire to use at my college’s gym and have more confidence around the weights/machines. 10/10 would recommend! Also I really liked the gym’s environment as it felt cozy and the people there interacted like a family. Be prepared to work a lot and sweat a ton!

It is not a gym, it is Fitness Elite. I have been a member since 2017, I cannot see myself going anywhere else. Kristen and the other trainers care a lot about the clients, they cater to our needs to get the results we want. They have become a family, the workouts are great and fun, i met a lot of good people there, we have fun while we workout and we motivate one another.

Kristen has been an amazing personal trainer! Her personalized meal plan and fitness routine really helped me get started in my journey to understanding my body and getting stronger. She cared a lot about how I was feeling each week and what was working versus what's not so she can make adjustments. The plan she made for me is very easy to follow meal wise since she developed it using meals I already eat regularly and her workout routines are also very simple but effective. I feel way stronger and healthier than when I started and I know I'll be able to easily continue eating healthy meals and having a consistent workout routine using her advice. I also liked her approach a lot since it has a scientific background and makes sense. I'm so glad to have worked with Kristen to reach my goals, she has been super encouraging and always makes sure I'm feeling the best I can!

I began working with Kristen a little over 1 week ago. I am already making progress and noticing changes in my body. For various reasons, I had stopped working out for way longer than I ever planned. Kristen is super knowledgeable and motivating & the gym is great. She is helping me also with diet planning and developing a positive, constructive attitude toward my body, working out and overall health. Bonus that she has been able to assist me in working out pain issues I was having due to a hip injury. I would highly recommend this gym. I cannot put into words how much this gym has shaped me into who I am today! I started going here sophomore year of high school when Kristen, the owner and my trainer at the time, inspired me to find my passion for lifting and building my strength. From her, I learned that mental wellness is just as important as physical, and together she helped me work on both. Her energy and passion is contagious and her willingness to listen to your needs and pay attention to the problem is not a characteristic that comes by often! Her fascia stretch therapy certification has also helped immensely and I would recommend this gym and the people who work to keep it healthy to anyone, any day!
