Excellent gym, great location good bank for your buck. Very clean. Has everything you need for a great workout , has two floors upstairs and downstairs and also showers and sauna. Highly recommend..

Excellent gym, clean and new equipment. I love the specialty rooms available for target fitness goal. I like I also don’t have to compete with all the Instagram people setting up studios to video themselves lol please if reading this keep that in check. Never need to wait for equipment, because there’s always something available. Staff is friendly and professional. Personal trainers available along with snack and drinks.

I've been a member of the gym for a few months now and really enjoy it. I've had great success with the personal training program they offer. I work with Charles but every trainer is committed to helping the members. In the 3 months I've been a member I've attained more of my fitness goals than I would have on my own. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice gym. It’s generally very clean and it has good equipment. Only issue is the "shirts on" rule only applies to men- Women shouldn’t be walking around in bras!

I have to say, it’s has been a wonderful experience working out at Fitness Factory. I have been training with Charles Mule for over 2 month and my weight loss is nearing 20 lbs. His instructions and guidance with my workout, and my meal recommendations has been a game changer. The kids club / babysitting in this gym is awesome. The girls who babysit the kids are so kind and sweet. It's a great room for young ones. The group classes are awesome, I love the instructors. Clean gym!

As a first-time guest at Fitness Factory, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, Cynthia at the front desk warmly welcomed me and provided a helpful tour of the facilities.

The gym itself is well-organized and easy to navigate, with a wide variety of clean and efficient equipment. Even arriving early at 6 AM, I never felt crowded or had to wait long for machines. The quiet environment made for a peaceful workout.

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Cynthia. She patiently addressed all my questions and made me feel right at home with her friendly and personable demeanor. Her attentiveness truly enhanced my first visit.

After my workout, I treated myself to their delicious Matcha Chai Tea protein shake - a must-try for all my matcha girlies out there!

Very Happy that i found this gem of a gym. I just happened to got o Bell Works one day and saw it was there. Went for a tour and signed right up. Love hitting my Cardio while looking out the windows. Equipment is very user friendly as well.
