Javier creates a motivating environment and always brings good energy to the gym. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in the way he treats people. If you’re looking for real progress and someone who genuinely wants you to succeed, Javier is the person to go to.

I’ve been going here for a few months and overall I like it a lot. They have a lot of machines and a lower level with just free weights and benches. The only real negative is that no one re racks their weights or wipes their machines down. 99% of the time I go to use something there’s weights left on and a dirty sweat/oil stain on the bench. Again it’s a fine gym but for almost $40/month I wish they did a better job enforcing gym etiquette.

Awesome gym, I've been here for almost 2 months now and I already feel like a different person. My physique has grown, my physical strength skyrocketed, I feel confident, and different in a way. Let's start with the basics. The workers? Super nice, I got a free fitness evaluation. The people? Super nice and approachable, therefore there's an awesome atmosphere. It's a completely judgement free zone, it's affordable for me, and you can have your first day for free. Zumba Classes, A Boxing Gym, a lot of machines, and a perfect weight room. Yesterday I went to the gym, and there was a girl recording herself right next to me. I felt very uncomfortable because I don’t want to appear in her videos. I told her politely, but she ignored me. I also spoke with the staff, and they said there were going to speak with their boss . The people who go there are very rude and don’t respect anyone’s privacy.

I've been teaching English classes here on Saturdays for almost 10 weeks now and from what I've observed the gym has a nice and clean environment. Although I haven't technically used the gym equipment, from what I've seen everything looks clean and in good condition. The staff I've encountered on Saturdays have been pleasant and kind to me. Jon (owner) is great! He's very welcoming and friendly!

Visited while in town for work and honestly disappointed. The equipment is outdated and scattered all over the place definitely not what you’d expect based on the reviews. Nothing looked particularly ‘new’ as advertised. Compared to the Fitness Factory locations in NY, this one doesn’t even come close. Won’t be returning, and this experience makes me wary of checking out any other Jersey locations.

Pretty solid gym in the area, they have just about everything you could want. I think I spoke to the owner who was really cool. It is a little congested but that’s most of NJ/NY area & there so many machines available to make up for it. I do wish they had something heavier than 100lb dumbells tho

Make fitness factory WNY 24 hours please , it is just too manny people at the same time, you literally have to make a line to use weight , that place it’s too crowded the owners just want to fill their pockets out and don’t gf about the community paying subscription every moth for several years and don’t get anything in return and they just offering stupid promotions to get more people in , what kind of hustlers they are , they don’t really care about it , but this is mu first call before a I get their website full of bad reviews as I did with the last administration , the place feels like jail , people is turning aggressive , bad experience that I saw last time …. The gym is kept up to date with new machines. And the staff, especially Sara, is exceptional. If you have a question or problem, Sara takes care of it efficiently and professionally. I was a member to this gym in the past and I wasn’t satisfied. I rejoined this gym again because it’s neat and clean. All the equipment works and the equipment is new. They added a new section in the back if you want to do calisthenics and exercise in peace. I love the fact that the maintenance personnel is constantly cleaning. The staff is all amazing and have great attitudes there. They also help if you are in need. This is my new gym home. I’m very impressed how the staff care about the gym members. I have “ZERO” complaints and if you live in the area it’s the best gym locally. I don’t write reviews but this establishment “Fitness Factory” deserves more great reviews. Me encanta el gimnasio, me siento muy agusto y comoda entrenando alli. El staff es muy amable, amistosos y me hacen sentir en familia. Los recomiendo a que entrenen aqui porque cuentan con entrenadores que te ayudan en tu rutina.

Me gusta en gym...pero si tengo una queja las luces del baño de las mujeres no las han reparado ..por favor rogaría hacerlo porque muchas de nosotras queremos maquillarnos ya que nos bañamos y queremos maquillarnos pero esta muy oscuro

Saludos mi jente enrealidad me encanta este gym porque siempre esta limpio buen hambiente positivo ,y el duen̈o muy hamable,y sobretodo el gym es setrico donde todo esta a la mano restaurantes los buses todo serca asi que recomiendo este gym 🏋️‍♀️💪.

Best gym in town! The staff is very welcoming and always keeps the gym clean. Everyone always has a smile on their face , also the zumba teachers and personal trainers are a 10 out of 10! You won’t regret becoming a member! shout out joker and Harley!
