At Fitness for Her NJ, we proudly offer Female Boot Camp classes designed specifically for women. Join us on Mondays and Thursdays at 10 AM and Saturdays at 9 AM for a dynamic fitness experience.

In addition to our Boot Camp classes, we also provide Personal and Small Group Training tailored to your unique needs.

This is an amazing environment for an all-women’s gym and a supportive community focused on health and empowerment. I love that every session introduces new exercises, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace. The trainer consistently motivates you and ensures your workout positions are correct. For someone with little to no fitness experience, this is an excellent starting point compared to signing up at a traditional gym and struggling to stay committed. I started with FFH for a month now. I have always struggled with my weight and building a healthier lifestyle after having my daughter. I have worked out at other facilities but felt like I needed a more personalized tailored approach to working out and have the ability to reach out to my trainer anytime and that is the reason why I joined FFH. From the first day of joining Eslam assured me that she is always available to chat anytime outside of class hours regarding at home work outs, healthier meals, or general training information.
The classes are an hour long 3x a week which you may think is not enough but trust me you feel every minute of the workout. The classes are full body work outs and target many muscles during one session. I’ve never felt so great leaving a work out session. She takes the time to adjust your form and motivates you throughout class.
Eslam also creates monthly challenges to keep the group engaged outside of class hours. For example, the month of September was the “walking challenge”. I use to do nothing during my lunch breaks at work. Now I get in 5000+ steps during my one hour break. I am motivated to continue this routine on a daily basis.

I appreciate that this is female only classes, I feel comfortable, and I enjoy the presence of others that share similar goals. It is a positive and encouraging environment !

Absolutely loved working out with Coach Eslam! She structures her workout with warm-up, HIIT circuit, isometric core-focused exercises, then finally with a stretch. Comprehensive full-body workout that are always fun and adjustable to suit your fitness needs that leave you burning for more! She made me feel comfortable and safe by disclosing that no men will be on the premise during the female-only workout and upfront about where you need to be if you do not want to be in marketing photos/videos. I attend classes at FFH twice weekly. Absolutely five star. Eslam is incredibly knowledgeable and is a great trainer. The classes are always fun, but still challenging. Even though it’s a group setting her attention to each individual is consistent. She pays attention to everyone’s form and is constantly encouraging us to push ourselves. I have joined Fitness For Her LLC about two months ago.
