Bill is excellent with decades of knowledge. He helps you to not only set goals but educates you on how to achieve them. He will create a specific workout and dietary plan for your age and body type. I don't have a lot of spare time but he will create a plan that is doable even with the most hectic of schedules. Couldn't have dropped the weight without him.

Bill Lutz keeps my very best interests in every aspect of my personal training experience. I chose Bill as my fitness guide because of his extensive experience with seniors and people who had endured physical trauma. I had been in a major accident in early 2019 which resulted in 1 cervical herniated and 1 bulging discs / 1 lumbar herniated and 2 bulging discs. I had been very inconsistent with the physical therapy exercises to the point where I knew I needed an experienced guide to strengthen / stretch the muscles that support the spine, pelvis, and lower extremities. I've led an extremely sedentary lifestyle with 3 hr+ round-trip commutes and a desk job using a computer.
Bill focuses on increasing my flexibility through weighted ball exercises where I twist my torso in a slow controlled "always keeping in form" fashion using the balls/kettle balls as leverage to gradually gain both strength / flexibility. He watches my body's movements and if there is the slightest stutter or waver, he will cease the activity and move on. He understands what parts of your body need flexibility, strengthening, and has many many different methods to achieve those goals. He will push my body when he senses I can handle it but that push is very gentle and measured. He's got numerous certifications including nutrition which can aid in your goals.
His gym is packed with so many different apparatuses that he can accommodate any "disability" or weakness and quickly guide you to a healthy vibrant body. He's also quite adept at transforming your confidence level. I can definitely state that I have zero pain in my neck, lower back, hips and any sciatica has vanished. I feel good and look good.
Give Bill Lutz an opportunity to guide you to your best self. You won't regret the decision to work with him.

I have been training with Bill for 2.5 years. I have back issues and Bill adjusts my workout based on how the session is going. He takes great care to watch every rep to see if something is off. Since I started training with Bill, my back issues have decreased as he has helped me greatly improve my flexibility and core strength. In 40+ years of exercising, I had never worked with a trainer, and was somewhat skeptical when I started looking into it. The first time I spoke with Bill on the phone, he just seemed like the right person to go with based on his knowledge and his ability to communicate well. Bill provides personal training to my 15 year old son twice a week (one hour session each) for about a year now. My son is not an athlete, he prefers video games, but after some initial reluctance, he has become a big fan. The change to his posture and his physical appearance exhibit the self confidence he has earned as he rises to each session's challenges. Bill has a great rapport with him and has a great sense of humor. I would strongly endorse Bill as a trainer for anyone at any age, and I am extremely grateful we found him. He is a typical preteen who fights us on pretty much everything, but going to see Bill is one thing he doesn’t protest about. He looks forward to the sessions.
