Worst experience! Please do not send your toddlers to this school. My 3yo almost drowned here on her first ever trial session. Her first time in a pool and the trainer just leaves her to attend another kid just saying hold the edge. She couldn't hold on to it obviously and was struggling to stay afloat. No floats no one to hold her or attend to her it being her first time. She struggled for quite a long time, another trainer in the pool helped her but it took time for him to realize she is drowning. My mistake I did not stay close to her thinking she will be taken care of. She was traumatized on her first pool session and refused to go in the pool. Worst worst worst experience!

Facility and amenities are good but if you are enrolling for classes they are worthless. My daughter attended 2 years of guppies and 6 months of dolphins and still can’t swim independently. Their focus is to take as many kids in class as possible and not coaching. They want profits and don’t deliver swim training. The class supposed to start at hour will start 5 mins past and end 5 mins early. They just take each kid one after other holding them so it’s like a free ride and their focus is not to teach them swim but just to finish the 20 mins of “class time”. Atmost each kid gets about 4 or 5 mins worth of swim time and they are supposed to learn swimming by that. Worthless swim lessons. Shame on your management and trainers. Definitely don’t recommend taking swim lessons here.

We were very excited to come back and join the team today! Unfortunately after realizing they went up in price by 50$ I was okay with the 119$ mark. It is just something we are not willing to pay for two children enrolling. Happy to see a more welcoming lobby area and more life guards on duty. Still noticed chatting between employees while a timed lesson is going on which was a huge reason we left to begin with. There was no professionalism. I use this facility for open swim, not for classes.

The lap pool is large and warm, with 3 lanes. There's swimming equipment available.
I like the friendly, family environment. Staff has been courteous towards me.

The prices have been increasing steadily over the past years. 2 years ago, I use to pay $99 for 10 entrances or $12 per day. Now, it's $188/10 entrances or $20 per day.

The lap pool requires a reservation and it's often fully booked. It's difficult to find an appointment for open swim. They used to have 5 slots for open swim on the weekends and now they squeezed everyone into 3 slots. The open swim slots during the week are at inconvenient times (such as 8-9 pm). I wish they had one or other weekday with open swim at 5-6 and 6-7 pm.

Bring your own shower gel and shampoo, as these are not provided in the bathrooms.

It's been almost 2 years since our daughter tried a class here. My husband and I wanted to sign her up, but were told there was a $50 fee to switch class times if we needed to for the summer. When we decided on another school, I attempted to unsubscribe from their mailing list. I continue to do this still. Two weeks ago, I emailed them directly and asked them to remove me (why I didn't think to do this sooner, I don't know, but I didn't). They told me they would, yet I'm still receiving their emails. Initial experience with the school is not positive. The school staff is not organized and have been sending wrong communication over email. The life guards are little kids that pay no attention. Receptionist & staff are incompetent. If you don’t have extra patience, I suggest consider other swimming school.

Here is our experiences:

1. There is instance where we talked in the front desk to schedule a session. The day we went there, to our surprise, we don’t have a schedule.

2. This happened where we double checked the make-up class for our children, again their claim is there are no class despite their confirmation a week before. When asking what happened, they simply says it was processed by other staff (without giving the name who we are talking to). The worst is they just hang up the phone!!

3. they called to inform the classes for both children was cancelled, we called back to re-confirm, it turned out that only one session was cancelled (1 child), and since their schedule is on the same time, we noticed that there are less children on the pool (our other child could have been there and can be accommodated with that class. When asked what is the criteria of cancelling class, they mentioned that the siblings of retained children are already there. However not considering that we are going there anyway.

Front desk and sales are horrible!

When I called them to check for availability and pricing for my child, they told - the first class (evaluation class) is free and its $449/month for 3 classes per week. That's it! I scheduled for an appointment and took my child for the first class.

After the class, I picked the class schedule and before payment they say - you have to register for at least 2 months and it's non-refundable, and have to pay for two months upfront + Registration fee $69. I asked why didn't they tell this during the sales call - they say sorry for that.

Now, I chose to back out and they ask me to pay $39 for first class. I said "during the call they said first class is free" - they say sorry again as its their sales rep should have told that.

They tried to cover it up by saying we sent an email to you - but they did not send any email to me. Apparently, they got my email address wrong and sent it to someone else and tried to play "we told you in email" game.

The water from the shower is too cold and when I asked the front desk about it, the lady says "it shouldn't" and turns to her colleague and asks him if they fixed the heater for shower water, and he responds "no, I don't think so" then she continues to do something or pretending on her computer while I was standing right there for a response.

If you are going ahead and signing up anyways, they ask you "how did you hear about us?" I told them I found this place in Google and she says "then there is a registration fee of $69." I don't love it. It was really hard to sign up, get someone to respond to an email. The pool is nice and there were many lesson options, but it is like a factory. They do the same routine each time with no excitement or variety, just going through the motions. But what really bothered me, I have a fearful child who cannot swim (pandemic) and they pushed him to where he seemed to panic today and then told him he MUST do the skill next week. He left the lesson tearful and more afraid than he was when we went in. I am very concerned about continuing. I spoke to the front desk to switch to a different instructor, told I could not, emailed and haven't heard back.

Really disappointed about their make-up policy. My 2 year old missed 3 weeks due to illness and there's no flexibility to allow him to catch up aside from trying to find availability to make him go twice in a week during the winter season. I offered some creative solutions but they were completely unreasonable. They just don't care.

We sent our two sons here for 3 months over the summer. This place is very, very disorganized and I would not recommend coming here.

First, my younger son very often had different teachers each time he went
This made it impossible for the teachers to know his progress, so he made very little improvement over the summer.

Second, they very frequently cancelled classes with little to no notice, and getting in touch with them is extremely difficult, almost never picking up the phone or calling back after leaving a message.

There were two occasions where they cancelled without telling us or just didn't write down a changed lesson time, meaning we got the kids ready and drive a half hour there just to find they messed up, so we had to reschedule yet again and drive back with a very unhappy child. One of these occasions was the day after tropical storm Ida - they never called or emailed us that classes were cancelled, we drove all the way there, and found a note on door saying they were closed.

We're in the first class on Sundays and most of the time it looks as if they're totally unprepared. Most weeks we are waiting of upwards of 10 minutes for the instructor to be assigned to a lane. It's a little frustrating being that the class is 30 minutes - so basically a third of the swim time is lost.

Additionally, one other thing that REALLY bothers me is that there rarely is a lifeguard on duty. Especially with the younger kids who may accidentally fall off the ledge of the pool. They put all of the responsibility on the instructors who are helping other children swim to the other side of the pool (and they're back is turned to those kids that are waiting for their turn) so they aren't 100% focused on ALL the kids at ALL times. This is unacceptable, other swim schools (like goldfish swim school) have many instructors around the pool at all times walking around (so much so it seems overzealous) but I think it's important for us, the parents, to know that they are in safe hands.

I added a photo just to show the life guard chair empty with no one monitoring the swim lanes besides the instructor themselves. It's very concerning!

Our 5 year old was going there from 4 months, 3 times a week. Had such a bad experience. They cancel classes without notifying, reaching out to them is super difficult. After leaving multiple messages and emails, you get no reply. They don’t care at all about their clients. It is difficult to talk to the manager who handles the finances.

My daughter is 12 turning 13 soon and we've been here for 3 months now

Pros: nice facilities, clean pools, great parking, easy accessibility, great for beginners and younger kids

Cons: limited class availability as kids get better/older (they canceled teen classes recently)

My biggest beef is the communication. Out if 12 calls made with messages left, only 1 callback. I know things are difficult with covid but there has to be even a delayed response to specific time sensitive messages left. We'll be trying someplace else that is geared towards teens

All that being said, I would have loved to have found this place when my kids were beginners

The front desk was so helpful. She explained about the class structure, fees and levels. We had our trial class. Water was clean. As someone mentioned its salt water👌👌. Shower room could use some cleaning. Especially with covid now.

We had our daughters birthday party here and everyone had a blast! Kyle handled our party for us and not only is he nice he’s so fun for all the kids! Highly recommend this place. Both my kids are learning swimming here and the staff helped us to have classes scheduled on the same day.
