Iโve been working out at Flex Studio for over half a year, going two to three times a week, and itโs been an amazing experience. Since this summer, Iโve noticed significant improvements in my strength and conditioning. Initially, I was lacking in flexibility, but Sean helped me work on that, and Iโve made great progress.
As a tennis player, I can really feel the differenceโmy lower body is much more stable, and my mobility on the court has improved. Sean is a fantastic trainer. What stands out most is his dedication to continuous learning. Even though tennis wasnโt his primary focus before, he has been eager to understand the sport better to help improve my game.

Reaching 40, I knew I needed to prioritize my fitness, especially with a history of back issues. Thankfully, I found Flex Relax about a year and a half ago. It's a refreshing change from typical gyms. The small size โ usually no more than 7-8 people at once โ means you always have access to equipment and space.
Coach Sean is the real difference-maker. He creates a personalized training plan based on my goals and physical condition, and he works with me at my own pace. As a beginner, Coach Sean made sure I learned the right form before adding weight, which was invaluable. Since joining, my back pain has significantly decreased and my overall strength has improved.
Beyond the training, the community atmosphere is fantastic. Coach Sean makes great coffee and protein shakes, occasionally organizes fun events like cocktail and taco parties, which makes it easy and enjoyable to stay motivated. I'm delighted with my results and the overall experience at Flex Relax.

itโs going to be difficult describing the positive impact that Coach Sean bring to my life in just a few sentences, but I will try my best.
I started to train in January 2023 and since them been going at least once a week. The gym is woman- friendly, I was never once intimidated. You do your 1:1 work out and usually there are only 1-2 others around, mostly women, which is inspiring to me.
Sean always makes sure to check in on how I am doing to customize the exercise accordingly. He gives words of encourages when he senses I need it, pushing myself to reach my limit beyond what I think is possible.
Iโm a lot stronger physically and mentally since started working here, and now my Husband goes here as well. We look forward to our weekly exercise and catchup with Sean, always feel so great afterward.
The studio is Definitely a highlight and an integral part of my routine now. Iโd highly recommend to anyone who wants to gets into a routine and be a healthier version of themselves!

After the pregnancy, I gained a lot of weight and, as a result, I had pain and discomfort in my legs and joints. I started working out with Coach Sean hoping to see improvements. Coach Sean made a slow but steady plan with the focus of recovery for me. After following the plan and making a good progress, he helped me with diet plan/schedule and I lost 20lbs so far. The best part is that there was no โrubber bandingโ of weight after weight loss. If you are looking to lose weight in a healthy sustainable way, I highly recommend working with Coach Sean!!!

I highly recommend the trainer, Sean, if you look for a personal trainer for any purpose. In my case, I joined the Army and desperately needed short-term physical training( 3 weeks) for passing the Army physical test called ACFT. During that time, I had no idea what to do because I did not work out regularly and was not an athletic person as a middle-aged woman. With my friend's recommendation, I met Sean. He analysed my physical strength and weakness and made a training schedule. After 3 weeks, I attended one of the Army training courses, and I passed the physical test. I still work out at Flex N' Relax Fitness Studio until I go to my duty station.

Coach Sean is very professional and very attentive to details on what his clients need. For a few years I have suffered from knee problems. With Coach Sean's personalized training program, he helped me build the right muscles required to put less pressure on the knees and after a few months, I am now pain free. If it wasn't for Coach Sean, I would have had to give up all of the different sports I enjoy as a hobby. Totally recommend for all your workout needs.

I've been working out at the studio for about 6 months now and I LOVE IT. My mobility, energy and health have really been improving.
I have chronic pain and regular exercise has helped me minimize flare ups and to be more functional. I feel like I finally have my illness under control and I'm on the way to becoming a healthier person overall. I recently had blood work done and my health has improved noticeably compared to a year ago, the doctor was really happy about the lifestyle changes.
Sean has been so kind, patient, encouraging and he is really friendly and fun to be around. He is extremely knowledgeable about how the body functions and observes in detail your body's strengths and weaknesses so he's able to create a program tailored specifically to your needs. I like that the plan evolves as you become more capable and is challenging in the right amount to help you improve.

when people hear the word "kpoprobic", people might think it's kinda cheesy, feminine and think light about it. Wait till you experience the program...I mean seriously. It's like a boot camp but fun and exciting. Guys and girls in class sweat like crazy.I truly believe this is one of the best exercise programs that I've tried so far. I prefer Sean's kpoprobic program over soulcycle. period. This is well programmed 50mins exercise that you won't waste any minutes and you won't get sick of the routines or musics 'cause the instructors change/come up with new routines and musics all the time. I go to this exercise with my husband. This program is for everyone. I highly recommend this.

The coaches run a truly thoughtful program and the workouts are incredible. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area looking for a good workout with great group of people in a fun and motivating environment!!!

I highly recomend its kpoprobic program for anyone who wants to combine and maximize his/her cardio/ strength exercise. For the shortest time you work out, you can burn the most calories possible. The most important thing is that after you finish the exercise you feel so good! The instructors are really knowledgeable and help set a goal for each person based on your need.
