Amazing! I’ve been coming here for years!

The strength training program is exactly what I need - a quick, instructor led, full body workout every class. It works - I got stronger and more fit over the years.

The workouts are definitely for all levels - beginners and pros. The instructors - Mike, Angie, and Elisa - do a great job of explaining the exercises, offering modifications, and motivating us.

Nice studio, good music, and a great community. Definitely recommend this gym!

He have been at Flexfit for a year now. I love this gym and the 2 coaches. I wouldn’t trade it for any other gym. You can go at your own pace. There are all diferent type of people at different levels.

My fiance and I joined the gym about a month ago . We had a consultation with Mike and he was very professional and informative. It has been a wonderful experience for both of us since the trainers are encouraging and keep us coming every morning at 5:20 am. We look forward to seeing what Mike and his team has install for us daily. We are both nurses over age 50 and we realized that Mike is knowledgeable in his physical and dietary advise. We have joined numerous gyms in the past but we feel this gym has met our expectation . We feel motivated and rejuvenated. Come join us and see what we are talking about!!!!

My son has been training in Flexfit since Oct 2017. The 2 coaches there are both tough yet caring. They make sure everybody puts in sincere effort in the workout. Sometimes Mike comes up with routines specifically for my son depending on my son’s condition. Very professional trainers!! The atmosphere in the facility is incredible with exciting music on!

I wouldn't even give this guy a 2, it's too high of a standard fir him. I called him to inquire about prices and he did not answer. Instead of picking up the phone and calling me he texts me asking me what was this in regards to? I was thinking to myself that it was very unprofessional to text me especially since I replied to his text to call me. I picked up the phone and called him again. I already saw videos of the workouts so I knew it was similar to what I do now. He had an attitude on the phone as soon as he picked up. I asked him about the pricing which he said I needed to come in to discuss. I don't need to come in person yo discuss pricing. At this point I disconnected the call and he text me again. This guy is out of his mind. He tells me that the call got disconnected and I stayed that I was done and thank you. Now this is the icing on the cake, he sends me a four paragraph text.
Here's his text to me:

"The truth is I knew you were but I gave you an opportunity to explain yourself. I want you to know something, I have so many incredible members here and I do a very good job of weeding out the wrong people. You are the wrong people.

I know the type. You are rude, discourteous and presumptuous. it’s all about you and your busy life, and you have no time for anybody who doesn’t see it your way.

I wouldn’t let you come within a mile of this place. I wouldn’t let you here if you pay triple my rates. My incredible members and I will Discuss this all night and laugh together.

I have had hundreds of calls and meetings and the most bizarre and rude I’ve ever had. Be well"

This guy is an owner of a business talking to someone like that. How dare he? I wouldn't go even if it was for free. Word of mouth is going to get out.
