Rich is a great coach who truly cares and listens, which really helped me solidify my goals and start working toward them. Any time I had a setback, Rich was there for me without judging. He always helped me get back on track and figure out how to avoid future pitfalls. I'm always excited to tell Rich my wins and never afraid to tell him when I have a bad week or need extra support/troubleshooting. Rich helped me reach my fitness goals and stick with habits that keep me on track. Simultaneously, he helped me become a better coach myself and is always there when I need a little extra help. I recommend him to anyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

I've been working out with Rich for almost a year now and it's been one of the best investments I have made in myself and my fitness journey. I have always been a gym rat but once I hit 45 I didn't know what to do anymore. Rich got me on a fitness and nutrition program that not only got me results quickly, he helped me change how I eat and how I view food. I started hitting personal bests in my lifting, and I am the strongest I have ever been. He's also been a great ear to bounce ideas off of, explain how the body works in terms of form and function when working out, and also a great motivator. I have worked out with many trainers in the past and no one has been able to hold a candle to Rich's knowledge, motivation and passion for what he does. He is simply the best!

I've been working with Rich for about 6 months. He's been helping me with my workout and nutrition plans. I've always worked out and ate healthy, but I never had the best knowledge of what I needed to eat and how I needed to workout to achieve my desired results. Rich changed all that. I now understand how the food you eat relates to the progress you see when working out. He gave me a nutrition and workout plan tailored to my specific body metrics and goals. I saw results within the first 2 weeks of starting my plan with him. I'm now the strongest I've ever been, hitting several milestones for doing exercises I could never do with any significant weight previously. I feel great on the nutrition plan, and have really gained a lot of discipline with planning my meals and making better choices at restaurants. As far as my physical improvements, my body has visibly changed in terms of looking more muscular and lean. My belly has gone down and does not look as prominent, and my clothes all fit much better. In summary, Rich kicks ass and really knows his stuff. He's always available to talk or text to consult on things when you need him. If you ever need a trainer, I highly recommend Rich.

I’ve never liked traditional workouts. Weightlifting bores me. But I’ve always loved and trained at several different places over the years in the combat arts - Boxing, muy Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Rich understands what I’m looking for and he works me as hard as I wanna work and he also reminds me that I’m a middle-aged man and it’s important to also work on mobility and balance. I never thought I’d say this, but I love waking up early in the morning before work to jump rope, hit the heavy bag, focus mitts/pads and do some “rolling”. Rich Sab is calm, patient and knowledgeable - as is the martial way. He’s the best coach. Thanks Rich Sensei

I am 15 years old and have been training with Rich here for a few months now. I have gotta say it has improved me physically and mentally. The training here is personalized and Rich always knows the pace to keep you going at, he pushes you in a way that is not only encouraging but in a mentor form as well. I started training here at a weight of 115 pounds. In these few months I have gotten to almost 135 pounds with the help of his training and nutritional recommendations. If you are a beginner and looking for some guidance in fitness, this is the place for you.

Working with Rich has made such a difference in how I approach fitness, both mentally and physically. He breaks the process up into like 4-6 week phases that make it all feel more attainable.
I’ve been working with him for a few months and I’ve learned so much because while he’s explaining what you need to do, he also explains the “why”, which really helps me stay motivated.
