I absolutely love FGC! They've become my second family and turned me into a State Champion gymnast! I couldn't be more grateful to their incredible staff and my amazing team. I couldn't imagine training anywhere else! <3

I have been involved with Freehold Gymnastics for 16 years. My children were enrolled in classes for years , in fact my daughter still is along with my nieces. The classes are structured, the students challenged but not overwhelmed allowing them to learn and have fun. The kids are happy and don’t leave the gym crying. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and focus on the progress and enjoyment of each child. My daughter is performing higher level skills and trusts her instructors very much. My nieces are doing back tucks and layouts and they are only 9 years old. The owners having children themselves are approachable and always willing to work with their customers.
The teams are very competitive; their medals, pictures and trophies are displayed around the gym.
The special needs program at Freehold Gymnastics is very popular. Again the instructors are loving, caring and want to see the children succeed. The coaches running the program have Down syndrome and Autistic family members and know how parents feel. The instructors are Safety Certified so safety is their top priority. The gym is very conscious regarding their student’s safety and well being. Children are eased into the program, not pushed.
I've also had many birthday parties in the past for my children and now my nieces have them there. The parties are organized, and the party hosts are always pleasant and fun. The parties run smoothly from the fun obstacle course, tumble track, trampoline, to pizza and cake time.

freehold Gymnastics is a great gym for children of all ages. The teachers are kind and very attentive and well trained. The kids learn a LOT. They have a very full range of classes from parent-child activities for children who have just began to walk to competitive high school gymnastics. . The gym feels very low key (which I like) and the kids always seem very happy. This family-owned and operated gymnastics studio offers an array of fun programs for active children. With a focus on building self-esteem and confidence in addition to physical fitness.

The Freehold Gymnastics Club is a wonderful facility. It is especially excellent for birthday parties. My daughter has been having her birthday parties there for a few years now and each year I am extremely pleased. The gym itself is very clean and the staff is exceptional. They are welcoming and take care of everything for you so you can enjoy your party and guests. The instructors run organized and fun parties for the kids filled with obstacle courses, trampolines, and parachute games. I highly recommend the Freehold Gymnastics Club for their regular classes and definitely their birthday parties. My daughter absolutely loves being there and has a blast each time she comes!

My daughter has been going there for almost three years and what started out as something fun to do has turned into competing on a team. She loves it! The staff is amazing and fun. We've done birthday parties there and the girls had a blast. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
