I have been training at Fuel2Fit off and on since 2021. My experience has been nothing short of transformative — not only for my physical health, but for my mindset, and motivation.

At Fuel2Fit, you don’t just come in to work out — you become part of a community of support; there’s an atmosphere of encouragement and accountability that pushes you to show up as your best self. Whether you’re a beginner or getting back on track, the trainers will develop a plan for you and help you move forward with purpose.

I’ve had the privilege of training with both Lewis and Shak, and their professionalism, expertise, and personal investment in their clients are unmatched. They take the time to craft workouts that fit your goals and lifestyle, while also developing meal plans that are realistic and sustainable.

The group and buddy sessions have been an incredible bonus — they bring an energy and camaraderie that make fitness genuinely enjoyable. I’ve invited friends and colleagues to join, and it’s always rewarding to watch others experience the same positive environment that keeps me coming back.

What makes Fuel2Fit stand out is its holistic approach to health. It’s not just about building muscle or losing weight; it’s about gaining confidence, improving discipline, and cultivating wellness that lasts beyond the gym. The trainers care deeply about your progress — physically, mentally, and emotionally — they listen to your frustrations and that level of genuine commitment is rare.

Over the years, I’ve proudly recommended Fuel2Fit to friends, coworkers, and even local mental wellness agencies because I believe in the impact it creates. Fuel2Fit is more than a gym — it’s a place where people transform their bodies, strengthen their minds, and find supportive community.

I’ve been training with Shaq at Fuel2Fit for about 2 months now, and the progress I’ve made has been incredible. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to push me past my limits have really elevated my training. As a hybrid athlete, I’ve seen huge improvements not only in strength and conditioning but also in overall performance and efficiency. Shaq’s coaching style strikes the perfect balance between challenging and supportive, and every session feels purposeful. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to level up their fitness or athletic craft!

I highly recommend Fuel2Fit Training, where trainer Shaquillie stands out for his extensive knowledge and genuine care for his clients' goals. He is incredibly flexible with scheduling, accommodating sessions as early as 4:30 AM or after work at 5:00 PM, which is a huge plus for those with busy lives.

The group sessions foster a welcoming and positive environment. Everyone is encouraging, and we all work hard while maintaining discipline and having fun. It’s motivating to watch each other achieve personal records and reach our fitness goals together.

Shaquillie’s training programs are well-structured, yet he is attentive to individual needs, modifying workouts as necessary. He also provides valuable advice on nutrition and overall fitness, particularly in powerlifting, which has been incredibly beneficial.

The gym itself is clean and organized, equipped with everything you need for a great workout. We occasionally train at different locations, which keeps things fresh and exciting.

Since starting my journey here four months ago, I have accomplished all of my initial goals and am now working towards new ones, all thanks to Shaquillie's guidance and support.

I encourage anyone considering joining to take any negative reviews with a grain of salt and come in to see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Idk what Taylor was talking about but Shaquillie boosted my numbers up by 200lb (collectively; bench, squats and dead’s). So much so that my first powerlifting competition I made top 3. It’s all about dedication, listening to his advice, and following instructions. He knows what he’s talking about.

As a woman, with a husband and kids , he is also very respectful and does not give off weird vibes. He’s very attentive, and provides educational advice ( he has a degree in exercise science).

All in all he’s VERY experienced in calisthenics, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and any other goal you have in mind. BOOK HIM . If you want to be mediocre, be like Taylor.

Shaquille Lawerence is a straight to the point trainer. I told him I wanted to get into powerlifting and my weight goals. Shaquille gave me realistic answer and as not steered me wrong. After 3 months of training with him I seen my lifts increase from bench, squats, and deadlifts plus with weight lost. In person he corrects forms and give encouragements at the end of the workout.

The absolute worst , most unprofessional trainer I have ever experienced! I truly can’t even put it into words. Well I could, but that wouldn’t even compare to the unprofessionalism displayed. And I truly be for supporting black owned businesses
however, it’s really disappointing when our folk be the main ones that just can’t get it together. Save your money and time.

Brolic Bailey Fitness & West Point Training are the trainers of the state. They both are absolutely stellar businesses! Find them to get your body right. Fuel2Fit (Trainer Shakil) should just focus on body building and video games, running a business, professionalism, and customer service is not his strong suit. Just trifling. Maybe his partner will offer a different experience [book at your own risk]!⚠️
