I’ve attending this location twice a week for 18 months. The gaines I’ve made with strength and stability have been incredible. Rachel and Chris both excel at training and adapting routines to individual needs.

I was looking for something to help me reach my fitness and health goals and was unmotivated. Then came GameChanger. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at GC. I was hopeful during my initial call with Rob where we discussed what I was looking for and then once I met and started working with Rachel, I was hooked. Rachel is the best - extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. Chris has also been a great addition to GC. They both customize the program to fit everyone’s needs and are always watching to make sure exercises are done correctly. The facility is immaculate and the groups are capped at 6 which means lots of personal attention. I never thought I could find a gym I felt comfortable at until I joined GameChanger. 10/10 recommend and couldn’t be happier!

Not to sound corny, but GameChanger has been a literal game changer for me. It’s the most consistent workout plan I’ve ever stuck to. I used to struggle making time for the gym and then wondering what to do once I got there. GameChanger takes away that mental burden, and the accountability of knowing I have a workout scheduled and someone expecting me keeps me motivated and on track. The small group training format is perfect—I get personalized attention from a trainer, but at a more affordable price and without them standing over me the whole time. The community is friendly and supportive. The workouts are challenging but adaptable, allowing me to push myself while still listening to my body. It’s the perfect balance of structure and flexibility. If you feel frustrated by how hard it is to make time to work-out but you know you gotta, try GameChanger!

GameChanger's best assets are their coaches who check your form (to make sure you are maximizing what you get out of your efforts.) The gym is neat, clean and well maintained. Coach RacheI is welcoming, friendly, caring and shows genuine care about how she guides clientele. I have been a founding member of two different GameChanger gyms. Game Changers Short Hills has been an amazing place to strength train . Rachel and her team challenge me in a small group setting with an eye on proper form. We have fun as well. The results have been transformative for me. I feel stronger and, more importantly, I have reversed my osteoporosis diagnosis and seen a significant improvement in my bone mass with my latest bone density. Their app makes it easy to schedule, cancel, and move my sessions when need be. So happy I joined!

Joining GameChanger a year ago has dramatically improved my fitness. The small group approach is absolutely perfect for me: I don't wanna go to the gym and just work out on my own, and I also don't wanna work one on one with a trainer. 6-person sessions are just the right amount of social environment, with very individualized coaching. The coaches are absolutely excellent. It really has become a second home for me!

Game Changer is the first gym that I’ve ever stuck with. My usual MO is to stop going to a gym after 3 months. I’ve been going to the this gym for 9 months now and I love it.
