Although I have been training with Gary for the past 3 1/2 years, I feel as if I have turned back the clock 15 years. Lean muscle mass and energy up, belly fat down. Better sleep and performance at work. Gary’s workouts are always challenging but not overwhelming. A big plus is nutritional counseling at the end of each workout which helps remind us to keep on track even between workouts. I highly recommend Gary, regardless of your age or fitness goals!

Gary is a very conscientious and experienced trainer. He works with a variety of clients, and I’ve known him for many years, both training my son in class and now myself at home. He varies the routines according to need and request, as well as handling unforeseen situations. For instance, when I fell and damaged my elbow, and another time when I broke a bone in my foot requiring a boot for 7 weeks, the routine was modified to prevent stress on the injury, while strengthening other areas. Gary essentially provides both strength and flexibility training, and physical therapy as needed. He is also well versed in nutrition and proper food, working synergistically with good body training. I highly recommend Gary Schulman!

I started with Gary over 5 years ago after recovering from a motorcycle accident that left me with a seperated shoulder. The doctor told me I wouldn't have full motion and minimal strength over my head because I opted out of surgery.
Gary started me on an individualized program that included 2lb weights but eventually grew to 30lb kettle bell, 15lb dumbbells, planks, pushups, pullups, TRX, jumprope, hill climbing, boxing, karate, and High-Intensity Interval Training.
I finally started listening to his nutritional recommendations and changed my diet resulting in a 42lb weightloss (from 220lbs to 178lbs).
I am going to be 66 years old and I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Gary. His focus on individualizing a workout program with his knowledge of nutrition makes him invaluable. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he is that good.

Gary is the best! He's motivating, dependable, always has a great workout planned. Treats everyone differently according to their own goals and needs. Very knowledgeable about the way the body works.....and most of all, he is very "personal"! I always look forward to my workouts with Gary. I feel very accomplished and invigorated after we are done!

I know Gary for about 10 years. I tried other trainers and expensive gyms membership in between such as Equinox and never got the results I always get with Gary. I have a thyroid problem and struggle with my weight. Since I started working out with Gary again3 months ago I lost 6lbs and I am not even compliant with the diet he recommends. I use Gary for my mental and Physical therapy. He helps you feel good and you feel great energy after his workout. I am addictive to his program and I feel I can't live without it!!!!
