Haven’t been in a gym for a while, went into Gibsons after hearing fantastic reviews. Absolutely loved the service and machines, when I left I had a card for the new gym across the street on my truck. Decided to check it out, it didn’t compare to Gibson in the slightest. Was dirty and smelled like feet. Reported it to Gibson and they informed me they have an open investigation going with the local PD. All in all, I highly recommend these lovely people to you. I’ve never felt so welcomed in my life. They were so sweet. Will be returning weekly :) I love it here.

We have a family membership. I find it very convenient that Gibsons is open 24 hours. I am able to go in the evenings after work and dinner with my teenage sons. Facility is always clean and everyone is very friendly. You can tell the staff enjoys working there. Kevin and Mike are constantly reinvesting in their business and are very involved within the community. Their protein shakes are amazing too. Great local gym. Highly recommend!

Kevin and Mike have done a fantastic job with updating the gym and the equipment. The staff does a great job keeping it clean. It's the best fitness center in the area. I've tried other gyms in the area and always came back to Gibsons. Nothing else compares in my opinion. My wife and I moved to Bangor PA last year and I miss Gibsons immensely. I may have to suck it up and just start making the drive back.

Gibson's gym is very clean, the staff is very helpful and attentive to your fitness needs. The equipment is very well maintained and they have an abundant amount of training classes and personal trainers on hand. Every year since I have moved to this area (2021), and become a member, i have seen an upgrade to the facility and equipment.

I have been going to Gibsons for over 20 years. To see the changes it has made over that time has been amazing. All new equipment in both the weight lifting section and cardio sections have been top notch. With the endless amount of classes that are offered you can easily find something that fits your goals. In addition to that the trainers they have are widely trained and certified and can help with any needs you have whether it be nutrition or help with your workouts. The gym is much better and cleaner then anything you will find anywhere else.

Been coming to Gibson's for a few years and I really do love it. It's a great, clean facility with good equipment. I'm much more inclined to support a local gym over a chain, but I do wish Gibson's had more amenities, specifically a sauna or red light therapy. There's also some little things that get missed like ankle cuffs for cables, floor mats for ground work, blocks, etc. It would be nice to have some more glute focused machines for us ladies too! I hope they continue to invest in the gym and make upgrades.

The gym is clean and nice equipment. The staff is also friendly and the classes are wonderful. However, i just went to planet fitness as a guest and i am blown away. I just got a massage, which they have several different kinds. including red light therapy. all for only $20 a month. I love Gibson and it’s convenient but come on. For the price where is the extra. Not even a sauna, that’s ridiculous. i may just take the drive as Planet Fitness is way more affordable and offer waaay more for my money. Gibson please add some extras to the gym. it’s easy too expensive to have a huge coffee area. this is a gym. We need the extra to feel
like we get our moneys worth.

Nice gym but it needs a sauna. I just started going and I’m shocked it doesn’t have one. Yet it has a huge coffee/sitting area. Dunkin is literally up the street. That’s the only thing I would change. It’s on the pricey side so I expected at least a sauna like every other gym, especially for the price.

Go local! This is a classic example of the benefits of going local and avoiding the big box big chain operations.
There was a significant initial wrinkle with my membership at Gibson's, but because I found the right person to talk with, there was a rapid and amicable resolution.
This is not something you can find most other places today.
I truly trust that Gibson's will try to help anyone who is willing to try.

8/1/19 - we just saw the bill for Gibson's $90.63 is what they want us to pay for a couple? I can see charging new couples that but not long time members. We live on a budget and I'm sorry but I need a cheaper gym that is going to understand that it's members will price out and go elsewhere.

we have been going to Gibson's for several years now. Fantastic people who own & maintain this guy. Opened 24 hours no time is "not a good time". It's all good. Clean, maintained and the staff is fantastic. If you don't belong to this gym - when you join you are part of their family.

This is a a truly fantastic gym. I want to be clear, I am a simple guy. I want some treadmills and weights. The facility sometimes gets a little beat up by people who don't put their weights back or are not particularly cordial when it comes to cleaning the equipment after they use it. No worries, they do have people going through cleaning up on regular basis. If you want more than simple, this is also a great gym. There are many classes with great instructors (I'm looking at you Melanie!)

I used to think it was a bit pricey, but the thing is you aren't getting the gym with no employees and no facilities with light weights and trainers cut out of an old Bally's ad. If you think you want to look like a bodybuilder, they have trainers for that. Are you interested in powerlifting? They have trainers for that. Do you just have some back or knee pain that just is annoying and interferes with your happiness? They have trainers for that. Maybe you want to hang out in some very satisfying classes and have fun while being challenged, well, they have classes for that. If you want to have access to weight well beyond what you can ever hope to lift, it's great. If you just want to be left alone with a whole lot of cardio equipment they have: treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes, jacobs ladders, and steppers... to name a few.
