GLOW Body offers personalized Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling & Ballet Barre fitness programs by Gina Santangelo, Master Fitness Instructor, Author and Mindset Coach.

A transition diet coaching program is included for all clients who are interested.
Herbal protocols, health assessments and continued support will keep you evolving in health either in person or via phone, Zoom, Skype.

Pilates tones, lengthens, and strengthens the body.

Excellent for injury prevention, post surgery, post rehab, post pregnancy, diastasis recti, peri-menopause, menopause.

I love working out with Gina, she works out muscles I didn’t know I had. The day after, I was super sore and loving it. The best part about her workout is that you don’t even work up a sweat but you definitely feel it working. You can leave work on a lunch break and go back with no one knowing that you just had the best work out of your life!

In the short time I’ve started working with Gina, I’ve come to understand and care for the idiosyncrasies of my body. For a former athlete relearning this language has been eye opening and a joy. she has a knack of skillfully assessing and honing in on subtle tweaks that have a large impact in my movements both daily and for sport. Through our sessions, somewhat to my surprise, I have come to realise how over the years I have taken my body for granted. Her attitude is both holistic and ‘wholistic’, a self care approach, healing injuries and correcting bad habits through self love and I have come to echo her sentiment most happily. Gina is amazing ! Outstanding professionalism and the most positive energy. Gina is a human body expert and as soon as she sees you and how you move , she can tell you exactly your concerns and areas to work on. Each session it’s not any ordinary Pilates lesson - it is so much more ! It is the most comprehensive yet gentle bodywork customised specifically for your needs and the most joyful too as she makes challenging and fun. I have known Gina for 13 years. I began my Pilates teacher training at her studio in Tenafly. Gina had become a mentor for me. The knowledge she has of mind and body is abundant and she loves to share. Many of our conversations were about the biomechanics of the body and why a particular exercise was necessary for an individual. Having multiple private sessions in her studio has helped my body feel less achy, and more flexible and stronger.

Gina is such a wealth of information! She knows and understands the body and all things related to overall health and well-being. I met Gina 10 months ago and she has been a constant healing presence in my life ever since. Gina has helped me heal both physically and emotionally from 2 bulging discs in my neck. Six months ago I met Gina Santangelo and she has changed my life for the better. She is an amazing Pilates instructor. She works with you and what your goals are. My was to lose weight (I’ve lost 20 lbs), correct bunion and curled toes which are back to normal and an arthritic knee that has been healed. I’ve dropped two sizes. She takes one look at me and decides what the focus will be that day. She also advises you on diet, herbs and nutrition if you are interested. She is an amazing instructor and knows so many routines that get results. She shares my enthusiasm and makes me laugh or maybe it’s me who makes her laugh. Probably both... I’m hooked and look forward to each an every session. If you want results you need to meet her.
