We offer a wide variety of martial arts and fitness classes, including Isshinryu Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, and Kickboxing. Our facility is also equipped with a 24/7 Adult Gym for members to take advantage of.
At Golden Rule Karate & Fitness LLC, we strive to provide a safe and fun environment for all ages. My son loves it! He's only 9 and they keep him engaged. It's an extremely fun atmosphere at the same time they teach discipline, and very important life skills. Also the classes are great for fitness.
