Anyone can answer my question why there are no one playing on the playground?

I took my kid there on Saturday morning, Friday afternoon and several other times, there are simply no one ever playing and few people pass by. I am frightened by the unusual quietness for such a well maintained playground.

Place is great.. But please be aware of poison ivy plants. I'm worried to take my son due to the allergy caused by the plants.

Playground has been here for a while and they recently have made improvements and it pretty well kept. Big in size abd space.
