Happy days. NOT ANYMORE. with the new management of the club under Lukas Pospisil, they increased the price by $250.00 for the season. The MOST EXPENSIVE in the area and they are not providing service, just take the money. In order for you to use the bathroom, you have to walk to another building, it's all cramped up Men and Ladies are the same. My women friends are not comfortable about this. No lobby, no shower, no coffee which all other clubs have. The season started Sept. and we are enduring all this for 3 months now. We even paid $110.00 membership fee for what? They should return that to us. Our group paid for 4 courts this season but the contract says "no refund". I play other courts and they are always packed but HRC, almost empty except us. I'm wondering if business is good.

Since under the new management/tennis director Lukas Pospisil everything has gone south. They fired/let go of Patty who has been working there more than 20 years. She knew each customer by their names, treated them with respect, and went above and beyond with phenomenal customer service. So many astrocoius changes for an example outsider coaches are no longer welcome there or you must have X amount of contract court time in a week in order to coach there. We are a huge tennis community, a long time patrons we no longer feel welcome and we are threaten by Lukas Pospisil and Nick Koprivica. The disparagement policies and they both must STOP treating customers as their enemies. They are just too toxic and we no longer feel safe. All we want is to have some fun playing tennis and not to deal with threats. There are many tennis clubs in our area and they will be very pleased to have our business.
