My daughter just finished up summer camp at HOH and loved every minute of it. She also attends classes during the year and is looking forward to beginning again in September. All of the coaches we’ve encountered have been wonderful, as well as the desk staff. It’s been a joy watching her become more confident, strong, and excited about gymnastics. We couldn’t be happier.

My daughter and her best friend took part in the mini discoverers program and after the first day she was asking me why she couldn’t do it every day. She loved the teacher and the program so much! It was engaging and safe. Would highly recommend to children of any age!

We’ve been going to head over heels (Middletown) for 3 years now and it has been great. My daughter and her friends are currently in coach Helena’s class and they all love her. She is a great blend of tough and fun that my daughter responds really well to. She also takes time to let me know what each of the girls need to work on and what they do well. All the parents appreciate her feedback and dedication to the kids.
We have yet to meet a coach we don’t like and many will take time to chat. Coach Stef is also so great with handling big emotions. One day my daughter was having a rough day and Coach Stef totally pulled her out of it within minutes (and my daughter wasn’t even in her class that day). Overall great classes, awesome teachers, and pricing is competitive with discounts for more classes.

Did 3 months of the mommy and me toddler gymnastics class with my 2.5 year old. It was AMAZING for building her confidence and her social skills. Plus she learned some cool tumbling tricks! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a class for toddlers where you really see improvement week to week. The coaches are incredibly welcoming and wonderful with the kids.

My 2 and a half year old daughter and I have been taking mommy and me classes at Head Over Heels since September and we love it! Coach Daniel is so great with kids. He makes sure everyone has fun while prioritizing safety in the gym. His class has given my daughter so much confidence. His assistant coach Cameron is also wonderful. The facility is always super clean and Everyone at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend head over heels more!

Our daughter has been going to Head Over Heels for 4+ years and we just got my second child and couldn’t be happier! They have fantastic staff and instructors that work with kids and capabilities of all ages to provide a safe and engaging gymnastics environment! The facility is huge with a lot of great equipment as well as a nice viewing window from the lobby area for parents. My children have gained confidence, balance, endurance, and strength on top of building coordinated gymnast skillsets. We also love their summer camp programs that are jam-packed with activities and enrichment options for their campers.

We have been part of the Head Over Heels family for over 6 years! My daughter started when she was 3 and absolutely fell in love with the sport of gymnastics, she’s now on their competitive team and loves all of her coaches and HOH staff. Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Staff were unprofessional and rude. Coach made crude remarks to my daughter and staff was very rude on the phone. Wasn’t allowed to reschedule a missed class and received no notification for a cancelled class, wasting my time. Expected better from a business. Cannot recommend.

My daughter had her first gymnastics class at Head Over Heels Middletown this week and she had an amazing experience. The coaches, equipment and group sizes were all great and she was buzzing for 2 days after it telling everyone all about it. She’s done gymnastics before in other gyms but this one I would 10/10 recommend to a friend.

Both of my daughters 2.5 and 9 are enrolled in the gymnastics classes and they both absolutely love it! Never will I bring my daughter back to this gymnastics facility. Not only did her Ninja Zone teacher do nothing but be on his phone while children ran around, their age policy is beyond insanity. My almost six year old daughter’s only option for placement is with a class of four year olds. Management wants nothing to do with working with parents or looking at a child’s individual ability level. Definitely looking into other more friendly and cooperative gyms for children in the area after this experience.

My nephew has been the gym since he was 2.
He has been in the gymnastics program then moved into the kicknastics program which he is now in the Advanced Kicknastic class. They have belts for levels . He is now a brown belt with strips moving towards to the next level. They are taught proper technique and terminology for the class. He really enjoys the class.
The coaches and office staff are great! 😊

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. We had my son's 4th birthday party here in August. The transition between parties is terrible. As our guests arrived, the previous party's guests were departing causing a huge commotion and confusion with our guests both being present crossing paths in the lobby. The table for the presents still had the previous child's name on it, as well as food being left out from the other party. It was a mess. In addition, the air conditioning was broken, so it was unbearably hot. All of my guests were verbally complaining and I was so embarrassed. When I complained about it, the girls behind the counter were unsympathetic, and referred me to call someone named Dawn to express my complaints.
So, I called Dawn on the next business day. She made an excuse about the air conditioner and then told me she needed the "check the camera" about the food being left out. She claims they have been doing parties for years and no one has ever complained about the transition between parties. She promised me a call back in a few days. Unfortunately, a week went by without a call back, so I followed up with her by leaving a message. I never heard back from her. Ever.
To make matters worse, my daughter begged me to have her party here. So, while I was in the midst of complaining with Dawn about my son's debacle, I booked my daughter's 7th birthday here (I tried everything I could to convince my daughter against it, but she is adorable and I love her, so I caved).
Her party was yesterday. The pizza was 30 minutes late. The staff broke the candle that we brought (it was one of the giant number 7 candles). They didn't have enough juice boxes. And the overall experience was poor. I will say there was one positive thing this time, and it was an employee, Sarah. No matter what kept going wrong, Sarah was apologetic and attempted to find a solution. I really appreciated her sympathy and work ethic. The other staff could've cared less. I mean, they were okay with the kids during the party itself, but weren't equipped to handle any issues. Sarah was nice and I thank her for that. However, I WILL NOT ever have a party here again.
The customer service at this facility is virtually non-existent, as well as from the upper management since I never received an apology or even a call back. Do NOT have your party here.
