I highly recommend Marie Ande as a personal trainer in her own company, Her Fitness. I started my journey with her on March this year, and I am convinced that all the effort she puts towards me is showing excellent results. Before starting my training, she evaluated me and she showed me the better way to address my weaknesses. She coaches me and shows me exercises that are appropriate for my fitness level and she keeps encouraging me to challenge myself without causing any stress on my body. She doesn't just care about exercise and training. She helps you physically and mentally with good tips and weekly challenges, and she creates an amazing exercise group where we respect each other and encourage each other. I am in my late 40s and struggling with hormonal imbalance, but since I started exercising with Marie I see a lot of positive changes in my life. I have more energy, I feel more optimistic and happy, I am eating and sleeping better, and on top of all that I already lost 13 pounds in a healthy way. I encourage all women to meet with Marie and take advantage of all her knowledge regarding women's well being, and as we say "Get Stronger!". You won't regret it.

I have been a client at Her Fitness for about 4 years. I have arthritis and a full knee replacement. When I started I couldn't even do a proper squat! I am now healthier then before, 50+ pounds lighter, much stronger and can squat with weights! Marie Ande has worked with me and my specific issues at each and every class. She has taught me how to breathe and exercise properly without hurting myself, as well as motiviate me to be healthier and stronger just so I can live the lifestyle I want to live! Great place to join for your health and strength. Marie is a great motivator and the workouts are made challenging for you and your body and needs. Love the other woman in class. No pretense and all heart. List weight and gain core strength and overall fitness. And I used to work out so much and not see results. Go for it!

Having to change with the times, her ability to host zoom classes is absolutely amazing. She still is able to see us, motivate and push each one of us to our potential!!! I have been working with Marie Ande at Her Fitness for almost two years. It was one of the best decisions I've made. I am much stronger and have more energy than I had before. We are virtual now, but are still getting the same guidance and training from Marie. She always makes sure that each individual is working at the appropriate level and with the proper form. The ladies in the group are all part of a team. I am 71 years old and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to keep up and would be a hindrance in the class. I couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone encourages and supports each other. I highly recommend that you give Her Fitness a try.

I've been working out with Marie for about 5 years and I couldn't be happier. The thing I love about Marie is that she gives very individualized attention to all of her clients - I have shoulder and wrist issues and so can't do several exercises and she always has a modification for me that still makes me feel like I'm getting a good workout in. I also love that she always reminds us that a workout doesn't have to be perfect or killer every day- the important thing is that you do something to move and make yourself stronger, even if you only have a few minutes. She's transitioned seamlessly into teaching virtually, and provides great ideas for maximizing workouts at home, like using paper plates as sliders or a heavy backpack in place of weights. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I have never stayed longer than 6 months at any other gym/studio. I have been going to Her Fitness with Marie Ande for over 3 years. I get personalized training for my body, she truly cares that I learn how to do the correct exercises & strength training for me. I have been working with Marie for about a year and a half. The workouts are virtual now because of COVID but Marie never skipped a beat in working with her clients. She knows what she is doing, has energy and commitment that transfers to all the women working with her.
Since working out with Marie, I have lost weight, gotten stronger, lowered my cholesterol by a lot of points, dropped two sizes and am so much happier! I always worked out but having guidance, direction and support made such a difference and I finally saw results.

I have visited many gyms, studios, in home trainers etc. I was never 100% happy with either the price, schedule, location or service. I was looking for an environment where I get one on one, but I came across Marie and I feel like I found the PERFECT fit.... It's a combination of one on one, with small group workouts. Marie is able to give you body/ability specific workouts, within a small group environment. The women that go to the classes are wonderful, and come from every possible level of fitness so you don't feel uncomfortable at any time. It's a very empowering and positive group and Marie has gone above and beyond to cater to my needs. I can't recommend it enough!
