This is a boutique gym with small group personal training classes as well as personal training. I’m only in town for the summer and I loved the location so I decided to try them out. I love the classes so much that I signed up for the time I am here in NJ.

The classes are all different and although I have worked out for years I’m continuing to do different exercises. The trainers and owners are all very nice and get to know their clients.The workouts are hard but not to hard. Mon, Wed and Friday are weights/strength and Tuesday and Thursday are cardio. I would highly recommend this gym. You will not be disappointed.

HeyNoon is exactly what I needed to get back into a good exercise routine! The trainers are happy to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. It is so nice to schedule my classes and know I won’t have to fight for machines at the gym, like I used to do. Great workouts, friendly members, & awesome trainers!

The class was great and Shannon was so helpful and patient. She walked us through everything. I can’t wait to go back!

Edit- almost another year down for me training at HeyNoon and I still highly enjoy the classes, all of the trainers and the whole atmosphere. Class sizes are small so you don't get lost or overlooked in the mix. I highly recommend trying a class and seeing for yourself.

My fiance and I were visiting from out of state and we needed to find a place for fitness. After looking online we saw HeyNoon and it was a perfect fit. All of the instructors we met were very friendly and knowledgeable. We always left with a good sweat! Anytime we are visiting family in the future we will absolutely be signing up for more classes. The postpartum restore your core series was a fantastic way to ease back into fitness after my c-section. Shannon really took the time to assess where I was starting from and guided me through a very well-paced progression of exercises as the weeks went on. She helped me to tailor all parts of the program to my specific strengths and areas of improvement and was sure to check in each week to make sure I was comfortable yet challenged. The focus on breath to movement early builds a solid foundation, and by the final week, I felt much more like my pre-pregnancy self in the gym. I would highly recommend this program to any postpartum moms - taking the first step to sign up is the hardest part, as Shannon makes the whole rest of the process easy and fun!

HeyNoon Fitness is just what the doctor ordered! I enjoy the small group Strength Training & Combo Circuits classes. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. The studio is clean and well maintained. I feel great and love the location too - less than a mile from my home.

HeyNoon is the perfect place for beginners and also if you’re experienced in group workouts or strength training. I have been coming for a couple weeks and feel more energized and productive throughout the day. The trainers Shannon, Kelly, and Jenna are all amazing and show you how to do each workout and how to perfect your form, and really want to see you excel. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Incredible workout everytime! The two owners, Shannon and Kelly really care about you and help you during every exercise to make sure you are working out the right muscles.
