Terrible phone manners of the owner. When I called that I want to start beginner class she
Told me because I had one class that too she asked me to pay for the class after saying it’s trial. And then rude manners. It’s all gimmicky. Very rude owner and I wouldn’t recommend this. Grace yoga on other hand is much better in their manners and their customer service. Clearly they just want to lock in someone without them knowing how this shitty place work because clearly after first class she could possibly behave same way and u can’t back out coz u have invested. Good I got to know about this place from her.

the people that go there are SOOO rude. save yourself from bad vibes. theres no policy at least from my knowledge b/c nothing was said about phones or recording yourself for the sole purpose of form snd progress but a person had an issue and made it be known to the instructor. like free country people can record i see it everywhere. also i was new person there and was not told where the coat rack was until i asked where. i “rented” a mat bc class pass says “bring a mat IF you have one” im new to this world and dont have a mat yet. tried to put it back like a decent human at the end of the session where the instructor got it from and was it snatched from my hands by someone who idk with a comment of “do you know what this room is?” with me responding “the room where she got the mat from im putting it back” and she responded “its a storage room” like okay?? am i wrong ? im so confused. will never go back solely based on the people there. besides this instructor was good

Hot & Soul is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a clean, serene, and inviting space that immediately puts you at ease. The floors are spotless, the lighting is calming, and the overall atmosphere radiates positive energy—perfect for a yoga practice.
What truly sets this studio apart, though, is its incredible intructors. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced but also genuinely passionate about helping students grow in their practice. Each session is thoughtfully guided, offering the perfect balance of encouragement and challenge. The instructors have a unique ability to push you just enough to improve without ever making the practice feel overwhelming.
If you're looking for a studio with amazing energy, outstanding instructors, and a clean, comfortable space, this is definitely the place to be! Highly recommend!

I have been going to hot & soul for a little over a year now. The studio was recommend to me by my mom. I’m so happy I started hot yoga, it is just the self care & movement I need. I have only had uplifting and pleasant experiences at hot & soul over the last year. All of the instructors as well as the owner, are extremely knowledgeable, supportive & kind. This is a zero judgement zone. When you’re in a class the instructors give you the guidance & maybe a little boost you might need to push further. It’s also totally okay to lay down & rest if needed, without any hard feelings. In fact, I’ve been told that is still doing yoga, which is encouraging. To me, these are all important factors when you’re looking for a place to find peace, transformation & community. I’ve recruited two of my friends to this studio and they love it as well!

This place is terrible. It is not an elite yoga studio. It’s a three ring circus. They don’t heat the room properly. The instructors use foul language during class. The owner is non existent. I would not spend one penny in this facility. I left one star because I had to. It’s a zero in my book. Terrible place!

The class was great. Janice makes you feel comfortable yet motivated. This was my first class and I plan to go again. I love her style if teaching.

I absolutely love H&S! All of the instructors are amazing!
I’ve red the not so positive reviews and I can only say this, the instructors are not babysitters folks, but highly knowledgeable and extremely well trained yoga teachers/leaders! Keep calm and practice 🧘♀️.
Namaste 🙏

I took the antigravity inversion workshop this past Sunday and we literally sat there for over an hour with the instructor Adam lecturing us on his views of spirituality and prana. I paid to learn arm balances and inversions. I don’t want a new religion! When I contacted the owner of the studio telling her this, she said the class was way beyond my limits! Ha! There were no inversions in an inversion workshop! false advertising and bad management!

Great place. Sent my friends and they loved the experience. It’s by far the best place for yoga in the colts neck …Holmdel…freehold area.
