Highly unprofessional, predatory and RUDE. When I attempted to cancel my membership, I owed a past due balance, gladly paid it and was told it would be cancelled without issues. Only to be called back by a manager named Glen who told me I owed them more money, then claimed to not know what was going on with my account, then eventually (after several calls to the facility) apologized for the mistake but asked that I call HIM back to remind him to cancel my membership. When I did call back today he was incredibly rude, unprofessional and hung up the phone on me after he canceled it. Prior to how this was handled I fully planned on coming back as a drop in client until I could rejoin at a better time. Just know that if you join, which is a very complicated process to begin with, and need to cancel it WILL be an issue as multiple people I know have had similar issues. Never again

I originally joined HOTWORX to support my wife, but I have to say it turned out to be a great spot for a hot workout. The sessions are 45 minutes, and you’ll definitely feel the burn. If you struggle with gym anxiety, I highly recommend this location it’s welcoming and makes working out much easier to enjoy.

Honestly disappointed. The new GM isn’t very friendly and clearly is prioritizing sales instead of customer service. The inside of the saunas always have hair in them. There has been a fake eyelash in the first sauna for weeks. It doesn’t seem like they clean the inside. The bathroom never has toilet paper and or always has random objects on the floor. The second sauna always has audio issues. For a place that’s been open for a bit, they should have it together by now.

I’m addicted! The infrared workouts make you sweat in the best way, and I always leave feeling energized. The staff is incredibly friendly and keeps everything clean.
