If your child needs instruction and is not a stellar athlete don’t expect improvement or support. The facility is using a strong base of monthly recurring charges and classes to subsidize their competitive competition program. If you are okay with your child not getting attention or instruction unless they are deemed to be one of the fittest by all means you are at the correct facility. Do not expect your child’s self esteem or self worth to be improved at this facility.

We had Coach Natalja for our youth classes and she was amazing. She showed our daughter how to do things the right way and how to love gymnastics. As a result my daughter has gained tremendous athleticism from the classes and it’s helped her across all other sports. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful facility and capable coaches. My only issue is at the younger levels they put the kids through exercises but almost never correct them. They expect improvements to happen on their own through endless repetition. Those that don't get it on their own simply drop out when they get old enough, those that get it also get special attention and move on to real skills.

Large, clean facility with professional equipment. I am impressed by how ownership handled a couple tough situations. One a service recovery from them, and one a flub on our part. A serious athletics facility becomes a second home for families, and this place seems willing and able to deliver.

This gym is wonderful and Coach Carolina is a very special, diligent and talented instructor. She is patient, caring and helps the children excel. I want to thank her for the love she clearly has for the children and for how we all benefit from her hard work.

This place is not what people make it seem! Some of the instructors are nice. But certain people there have nasty attitudes like the owner his attitude is nasty and the women at the front desk have nasty attitudes as well! And I feel like this place is a little racist to be honest. We came for a little while and never returned.

The facility is clean. It could have a better set up but they make good use of the small space. While they seem very kind, not all instructors have the ability to differentiate instruction for all students. My older daughter enjoyed her experience and her coach. It was very different for my younger daughter.

Unfortunately, my youngest repeatedly asked for help while learning a technique that was new to her and was only told to “keep trying” without receiving any additional instruction in the “how-to.” After speaking with the desk and the instructor without resolution, we ended up pulling her.

Her class was too large to offer support if a child was struggling with something. Perhaps with an additional coach or a smaller class size this might not have happened. She eventually gave up asking for help and felt bored.

Highly recommend Riverview Gymnastics, where she has since been to able to develop the confidence and skills needed. They have smaller class sizes, assistant instructors and are willing to take students aside to help them when needed.

Our 3 years old child's trial gymnastics class at this gym was a disappointing experience. The coach asked for our child's name before the class and then told us that we were pronouncing it incorrectly. During the class, the coach repeatedly mispronounced our child's name.

When we asked for feedback on our child's performance, the coach was not very encouraging and even compared our child unfavorably to others. While our three year old was showing curiosity towards the new environment, the coach called her disobedient and suggested us not enroll our child in weekend classes.

We were disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect shown by the coach towards our family. As parents, we believe that it is important for our child's name to be pronounced correctly and for coaches to be supportive and encouraging. We hope that the gym will address these issues with their coaches and ensure that all students and families feel welcome and valued.

I gave five star for my daughter's recent birthday party there. I contacted several vendors and they were the only ones responded. they send out e-card. On the day of party, they assigned 2 teachers to oversee the kids. So the kids can go through several activities at the same time. One teacher lead kids for the fun activity. Another teacher cut the cake and serve the kids. My daughter and her friends went wild and had fun.

My son is 3 1/2 and loves it… we have Coach Rhonda. I saw the negative reviews when we first signed up and we haven’t had any bad experiences. They have been very flexible and accommodating with some special circumstances. Coach Rhonda is great… she was not in class once and my son got very upset and kept looking for her! We plan on continuing to go…. Every week he talks about “going to the gym”.

I see that recently this gym has had bad reviews and I was shocked after being so happy with the toddler program. Coach Rhonda puts so much effort into the classes and my son really responds to her. She manages to keep the kids engaged and learning.

I also find the front staff friendly, helpful, and organized.

I really didn’t know what to expect out of a toddler gymnastics program and I am extremely satisfied.

Exorbitant amounts of bullying from the owners. And not just of the gymnasts, of the parents too. They are abrasive, rude, callous, unsympathetic people. I went to the gym for 7 years and my quality of life raised instantly when I quit. As the years go by the programs are getting worse and worse with the quality of the coaches dropping as well. And they raise the prices significantly every time one of their kids goes to college. Go somewhere else.

My son used to go there. After so many yrs I see very little progress. Recently with flu season my son missed few classes and they only allow make up for 2. We pay for all of the classes and I see other businesses in the area are that are much more accommodating. I will be looking for different activity for him. Recent coach was great, but he had so many coaches last few yrs I couldn’t keep track of the names. I wish the person in one of the reviews put name of place where she/he took their child so I can try alternative.

My children have attended this gymnastics studio for the last several years. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Kids can take classes and do gymnastics for fun or join the various teams for a more competitive experience. We have also had several kids’ birthday parties here- they make it very easy! The kids always have a great time!

I was on the fence about joining this gym but once I was given a tour by their amazing staff who was very nice and courteous I knows it was the gym for me. Everyone is so helpful and generous. I highly recommend joining.

I coach high school cheerleading and we do not have an on-campus facility to utilize. I contacted Mandie from Indigo asking if we could rent space at the gym and she was more than helpful. She responded quickly and answered any questions myself or my team had. She always did everything she could to accommodate us, and the rest of the staff was very mindful and respectful of our schedule as well. The gym is always clean and very well organized. We will, without a doubt be back for practices next competition season!!

My child has been going to Indigo for 2 years now. I say with full confidence that my daughter has had nothing by great experiences at Indigo. The staff and especially the owners are very generous and attentive. Indigo is a great place for your child to blossom and grow as a gymnast!

I recently attended an open gym session and had a great experience! The staff is very helpful and I had a lot of fun. Everyone is super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They have a bunch of different stations/activities to participate in so there's always something new to try. It's a great place for all ages!

I have been going to Indigo for about two months now and I love it! The faculty is so nice and helpful. I always look forward to practicing here because there is lots of nice equipment and good coaching that makes me become a better athlete overall.

Worst experience. The staff is not only rude, they somehow think t’s okay to treat children badly and still get paid for it. The owners refuse to acknowledge there is a problem with it. Don’t get your child involved with their drama.

Administration was very rude. We stopped going there. Facility is huge but I cannot say that ours kids learned much after a year and a half. They are now going to another gym and made more progress in a month comparing to the time that was spent in Indigo.

We recently organized our daughter's birthday party at Indigo gymnastics. The facility is well maintained and there are activities like zip lining, a foam pit etc included in the party. Instructors were courteous and helped out with arranging the party supplies and food we had brought in.
However I must say that the overall party was conducted in very lack luster manner. Instructors did not make much of an effort to make the birthday girl feel special. They also did not have the ability to draw the attention of all kids and could not engage them in a lively manner. Kids did enjoy all the activities but I would have definitely appreciated some music and lively interaction from the instructors to pep up the birthday party and hence the 2 stars.
