In case anyone is planning to go there and use the arcade, word of caution. I estimate around 70% of machines are broken. This has consistently been the case both today and the last few times weβve gone. I get a sense that the owner regrets including an arcade at all and as a result itβs been completely neglected. So careful before you buy an activity card only to disappoint your kids.

My son has been playing lacrosse tournaments at this complex for years as if the 3.75 for a small coffee or four dollars for a small bag of Doritos isnβt enough. They are now charging $10 for parking that was always free. Completely taking advantage of hard Economic times not cool

Me and my senior friends play here every week. It is very nice field. We play outside because we canβt afford inside field. Maybe one day we can play in inside field. Outside field is good though there is not problems at all. Thank you Iron Peaks!

This is an excellent sports facility- we have been here for climbing birthday parties, indoor and outdoor soccer games and basketball games. I was shocked to be charged $5 for parking today. What a blatant money grab- really negatively affects my opinion of this place.
I was also surprised to have to pay $25 to watch my kid play basketball but not sure if that is the league or this event space.

We had a wonderful experience at Iron Peak for our field trip! Everything was very organized, from the planning stages to the day of the event. Stephanie made the entire process smooth and pleasant, which made things so much easier for our group. The kids had a fantastic time, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and care put into making it a success. We will definitely be visiting again!

Yeah, changing my review because it has gotten worse much. Was just at an event and there was no AC, 85Β° where people are doing physical competition. Several older people were complaining about their health. Now they charge for parking also, still not enough spaces but now you pay for the chance to get one. The concessions were understaffed so you could stand in line for 30 minutes to order sub-par french fries. The event would have been fun if not for the low key torture of AC less Iron Peak.

Got to faculty when it opened on Saturday to take grandkids for climbing wall.Packed parking lot and how dare they charge 10$ for parking. Could not get past crowds in lobby. Had to leave. Always like this cause not open during day for the summer for st home kids. Too many parties and events. Wait for climbing wall over one hour and cost 25$. We left with kids crying.

As if they donβt charge enough already now you have to pay 10 dollars to park in their ginormous parking lot. This isnβt an urban area with limited space. This place is in the middle of nowhere farmland. No reason to charge for parking other than to squeeze the customers even more. Maybe with all that extra revenue you can fix the non working guest WIFI and cellular issues inside sports bubble? Verizon and AT&T would be happy to sell you guys a few cell boosters so people can actually make phone calls. Also, can we turn the AC up a little now that you have the cash?? Itβs hot in here. ππ»

Iβve come here 3 different times this week and everytime I came they said there was no pickup for basketball or the time was changed. There were no post or emails about these changes. I even took a picture of the schedule the first time i came to confirm. The first time they said pickup was earlier than what it was supposed to be. The second they told us that there was no pickup up. And the third time they told us again that it was earlier than it was supposed to be. Wastes gas and time 3 days this week coming.

This review is specifically about the boys basketball team/program. My son loved it because he was with a bunch of his friends, and with the large pool of players, they are able to group kids into their right skill level and have competitively challenging games against other teams around the state. However, 2 of my biggest gripes are that 1.) despite having a beautiful facility and thinking that you're signing up your kid(s) to use that facility, zero of their practices and only 1 of their games was actually at the Iron Peak facility, and for that game, you had to pay to watch your own kid play!!! ridiculous... and 2.) i don't understand why they don't give you the game schedule/time/date/location until a few days before the game. It is not unreasonable to expect that a group of teams across the tri-state coordinate their logistics and prioritize their facility schedules to have a set game schedule for the whole season finalized before the start of the season. I mean c'mon, we pay a ton of money to join this team (way, way more expensive than the local public township recreational team), so i think they could be more professional in their operations and prioritize this team/league's use of their facilities, especially since Iron Peak has a bunch of bball courts. Why can't we have any games at Iron Peak? Maybe cause they rent out their bball courts to other higher-paying organizations.

This is the 3rd year we have brought our 6th graders to IronPeak for their annual field trip and it never disappoints. Keeping 220+ middle school students organized and safely entertained is not an easy feat but the staff is awesome, patient and our students always have an amazing time. Students enjoy the food options and it is always hot and ready on time.
The group packages offered are a great value and affordable. Stephanie has been flexible and willing to help work out the best options to meet our public-school friendly budget. Can't wait to bring the next group of students in the future!

We recently held a Parkinsonβs community climbing event at Iron Peak Sports & Events, and I canβt say enough good things about the experience!
From the start, the booking process was smooth, with excellent communication throughout. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and the climbing staff was outstandingβthorough, attentive, and incredibly patient with our group of mostly older adults. They made everyone feel safe, supported, and confident to try something new.
The facility is clean and well-maintained, with conveniently located bathrooms, seating areas, and plenty of space to relax, socialize, and watch the action. The concession stand was open, which was a great bonus.
What stood out most was how inclusive and community-oriented Iron Peak is. Itβs rare to find a space that goes above and beyond to make all guests feel welcome, regardless of age or ability.
Weβre already looking forward to returning for more climbing funβand to check out the duckpin bowling, ninja course, and of course, the bar upstairs for some post-activity relaxation and connection.
Thank you, Iron Peak, for helping make our event so memorable!

Turf fields are in excellent condition. They have lights for late games. Plenty of parking on a paved lot and overflow parking in the field. Onsite indoor concessions, games/entertainment, and a rock climbing wall.

Iron Peak Review β A Fun and Clean Indoor Play Place with Room for Improvement
I visited Iron Peak on a Saturday at 2:30 PM, and overall, it was a positive experience. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find ample parking, with a spot conveniently close to the entrance. The vibrant atmosphere inside immediately caught my attention, with lots of activity to engage kids and families alike.
The layout is well-organized, with the reception desk situated in the center, a lively cafΓ© on the left, and several party rooms to the right. After checking in, we entered a sizeable arcade, which, while fun, is only included in the $50 per person, three-hour package. This feature is something to keep in mind if your child loves arcade games.
The facility offers a wide range of activities, including rock climbing, a ninja course, and archery, which are great for keeping children entertained. The place was impressively clean and maintained, a factor that significantly enhanced our experience.
However, I did notice a drawback in the staff's engagement. While the venue has a large number of staff members, most seemed more interested in chatting among themselves or checking their phones rather than assisting guests. The signage indicated that either parents or staff could buckle in the kids, but given the $50 per child price tag, I expected more active involvement from the staff. As a former business owner, I was disappointed to see this level of disengagement. I even mentioned to a supervisor that "if they have time to lean, they have time to clean." I observed this for an hour, hoping it was just a temporary lapse, but unfortunately, the situation didnβt improve even after the birthday party moved to the party room.
That said, I want to highlight two exceptional staff members, Ashley and (I hope I got his name right) Justin. They stood out for their professionalism and attentiveness, truly making a positive impact on our visit.
Despite some concerns, Iβm still giving Iron Peak five stars because the facility is clean, cool, and offers a fantastic range of activities. With a bit more focus on customer service, it could be an outstanding experience for everyone.

Very nice facilityβ¦unfortunately the management is not very accommodating to their regular patrons. I went to sit quietly in one of their vacant event rooms to take care of some work in a quiet area while my kids practiced at soccer. The staff approached me and asked me to leave the room as I had not paid a fee to rent it. I asked if I could stay and explained I only needed 15 min to finish my work in a quiet location. The staff returned with a manager named βMeganβ who let me know that I could certainly stay if I rent the space π I asked if I could have 15 minutes to stay but Megan told me that a party would be using the room in 30 minutes and they needed to clean the room (6:45pm on a school night?). I said okay and watched the staff lock the room turn the lights off without anyone cleaning or any party arriving. I hope for the ownership sake they find qualified staff to lead such a wonderful community recreation center.

I will never patronize Iron Peak Sports and will advise everybody I know to also avoid. My family member and I arrived at Iron Peak at 7:07 pm on December 11th looking forward to climbing as a fun way to end my 2023 year. Instead of climbing, we were greeted with an unfriendly staff and told I could not climb. Their website advertises weekday Climbing Drop-In 3pm-9:30pm. We arrived at the front desk at 7:07pm, where the first worker Nathan told us I could not climb because they do not sell passes after 7pm and looked at me with a blank stare. Next, we requested to speak with a manager. A man named Todd or Tim with a black shirt appeared, paused, then looked around and suddenly said there is a big major event going on and the climbing area was not open and stared at us with a blank stare. If there was a big event going on why did Nathan not say that?? Then, when I called to confirm the managerβs name, Nathan refused to give me the managerβs name as if knowing they were guilty of doing something wrong. These staff members were unfriendly and unprofessional, I will not being a returning customer at Iron Peak.

RUSHED,DISORGANIZED,IMPERSONAL,NOT SPECIAL
-Communications leading up to the party involved me chasing the Birthday Coordinator at IP via email/vml.I emailed and left a few vm over a couple weekdays.I should have trusted my gut when on not just 1 occasion, but on 2 separate occasions when I finally got a hold of the Birthday Coordinator, she told me "OH,I was just going to get back to you.Things are so busy here!" Yes,she repeated the exact same phrase on separate occasions.RED FLAG!
-Balloons were not setup in the party room upon entry. The room was dirty (food, random streamers on the floor, etc.) from the party that just ended minutes ago.I had to ask 3 times for someone to setup balloons.
-No dedicated party host.Had to go to the front desk , the individual there had to find someone in the party team. The Birthday Coordinator only works M-F, I guess not during events. There should have at least been someone assigned as a party host.
-All parents confirmed they submitted the IP waiver within the last few weeks.Half of the children's waivers were missing in their system. They couldn't even find my daughters' waivers which I know 100% were just submitted.I knew something was very wrong when they said they would reboot the system! It didnβt fix the issue.Activities Ninja/Rock Climbing were set to start at 4pm.It wasn't until 4:20pm that the activities actually started.Activities starting doesn't mean that the activities have started because the kids need to get harnesses on for rock climbing. This was frustrating because all of the children's names were provided about 2 weeks before the event. The Birthday Coordinator at IP made it a point that we must provide all the children's names who are attending so that they can pre-check the waivers. She clearly did not do this pre-check.She was specific that no one would be able to participate in any of the activities if there is not a current waiver on file. After messing around with the waiver system for 20 minutes and my wife scrambling to try to enter waivers for the children on behalf of other parents using her phone(!),the system was still struggling to work so the staff just said,"they can all go in but just make sure they don't get hurt".So at this point I'm thinking they are going to have them go 20 minutes extra for the activities perhaps ending around 5:20pm.Nope!5pm sharp activities ended and I know there was no other event planned after so they only got 35 minutes of actual activity time because of getting harnesses on & the waiver mess.
-Ninja/Rock Climbing spaces are not private. This creates contention. There was no staff help in terms of any obstacles. The staff assisted to get the children fitted for harnesses only. They explained that the children were not supposed unclip/clip anyone else due to safety reasons however this was not monitored and not followed by kids in another party.Scary!Several ninja obstacles were too high for the children to be able to reach. There was only 1 foam step block children had to fight over.I asked staff for another foam step block and he informed me that they used to have another 1 but it broke.
Received final balance due email & received a generic survey request which was merely addressed with "Hello," Yes,"Hello".That's it.Nothing more than that. Not my name, nothing.Nor did I receive any follow up email or phone call asking how everything went.I understand now that my expectations are too high for IP.That says it all.I realize this is a generic sys genβed email but that is the icing on the cake.
IP has an opportunity to do something impressive to create awesome memorable experiences for kids. Our daughter's birthday party could have been so much better if someone actually put the time to plan.Perhaps a dedicated host might help, who may not be not a high schooler, and is compensated fairly.I mean no offense to any kids in high school, but it is understandable that they have no real motivation to go above and beyond. The truth is our daughters have had much more positive birthday party experiences at other locations at the same price point.

While the courts and facility is good people who sit at entrance charge you $20 to watch the game and are not among the nicest people who you will meet. Was surprised with this cost and on top of their attitude.

Very nice facility for sports lovers. Basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, badminton, football, and probably more. Lots of indoor and outdoor options along with the arcade and Ninja course.

My son went for a week for school's out camp and loved it. We signed up for 1 week of summer camp, glad it wasn't more. He didn't want to go, said it was boring and "torture." He said they didn't get to do any ninja or climbing and that there was a ton of down time. On day 3, he tripped and fell on a metal bench, hitting his face and upper body and damaging 2 adult teeth so that was that for us, on dentist's orders.

Nice facility, but our experience was marred by staff and management making some disappointing decision to close early without signage or notice. Today the facility was closing early for a private event and posted signs that it was closing at 3pm. The kids and I were using the outdoor fields for a tourney and saw the early close signs and really wanted to do the climbing wall and ninja course. So we rushed inside when done outside and made it at 1:45 in time to buy a 2-hr pass before the facility closed at 3, only to be told that the climbing wall and ninja thing closed at 2. No signs. No notice. And no apologies from staff who asked manager, but manager agreed it was closed at 2 even though signs say 3. Felt like they just didnβt want to bother with it.
