After a spinal injury and sleeping in a chair for almost a year, I was ready to get back to living. I have done all kinds of exercise programs, and worked with many trainers, but have never experienced anything more beneficial than my work with Soo and Cathy. Soo is AMAZING teacher!
I’ve been working with her since 2019. After I had my back surgery, I couldn’t even band my back and I was frustrated to go back to work as a dancer and fortunately I met her and now I’m dancing with no pain!
